I was new to Vancouver Island and needed to find a condo near the downtown core with a list of specific criteria Shawn listened and understood my real estate needs and was quick to locate and show me possible condos for my needs and more importantly my budget. Thankfully he handled all the phone calls and paperwork, as I was too busy finalizing my move to the island.
