It happened that my wife and I were selling our residential property before. So this time we were thinking twice about who we would want our realtors team to be. Finally we chose Lea Cathcart and Steve Nguyen from Victoria Real Estate Team. We found their offer in our mail box among many others. They were different from the very beginning. During the whole process of selling we met them personally only one time when they came to see the property and talk. All other steps were made without our involvement and we were just signing the documents online. Steve and Lea made their market response and price predictions which proved to be accurate. They told us about their marketing tactics which shown to be efficient for both time and money terms. The IT part was as professional as the commercial. The property was presented carefully and comprehensively. Subsequently we’ve got four offers. The result finally was exactly as predicted and actually at the top of the range we discussed.
