We were connected with a very competent Real Estate Agents who listened to our personal needs in finding a new home in Sooke area. We live in a different part of BC and it was hard for us to make a decision who to ask for help in finding a new home. After short conversation on the phone we felt like we knew Kirsten and Clive of Greenaway Realty for a long time and we asked them to send us some info on the properties that match our criteria. Tim assisted me last year in buying my first home. It was a delicate and somewhat stressful process as there was not much inventory at the time in Langford and Colwood. His patience and support were evident throughout the process. He was quick to answer emails and phone calls and schedule viewing as soon as a property would come on the market. He also provided several referrals to contractors and other information I needed down the road once the home was purchased. In the end, I am happy with the home even if the learning curve has been huge. I have witnessed the benefits and independence of owning a small home, versus a townhouse, which was the original plan. Also, Tim has a vast knowledge of Sooke for clients who are looking to buy in that area. I would highly recommend him.
