Another Happy Family Sells a Home in the Caernarvon Neighbourhood With Jay Berg! In 2014, after 8 straight years paying someone else’s mortgage in the volatile Edmonton rental climate, we hired Jay Berg to find us a home for our expanding family. On our own, we had previously searched throughout most of north Edmonton, to no avail. Through friends, we were referred to Jay Berg and never looked back. Jay Berg provided first class service to first time buyers, ensuring all the ins and outs of the home buying process were laid out in simple to understand terms. He made a nerve-wracking and often confusing real estate market easy to navigate and understand. After searching over a couple of weeks and previewing multiple properties, we found the absolute perfect home for our family! Jay’s great experience and wealth of knowledge greatly assisted us in our decision-making process; before, during and after the purchase of our dream home. His insight and ideas to the future layout, planning of the home helped set us forward, and on our way to ownership. Fast forward three years, and as being a military family we were thrown a curve ball, and told we’re to be relocated house-to-house in three short months. We immediately called Jay Berg and began the selling process. Once again, Jay made it easy, stress-free and comfortable while taking us through the daunting task of listing, showing and prepping the house for prospective buyers. His continual communication, tips toward success in selling, and his dive right in approach was the winning combination at every step of the way. From start to finish, Jay Berg was and continues to be, the consummate professional, the down-to-earth, realty rock-star! Highly, highly recommended for either side of the realty process! Absolutely we will be recommending Jay Berg to all of our friends, family members, co-workers & neighbors. Thank you once again Jay Berg for everything! Clarke & Erin Ramage, July-Sept 2014 and Apr-July 2017.

Shandrie Lewis is an incredible, knowledgeable realtor. She’s professional, genuine and does her job with a lot of pride. Thanks for always answering my questions quickly and with as much information as possible.

I am a supplier. I work with this company on a quite regular basis. As a supplier, this broker invites me to their extra curricular activities. I have seen the bond in that the realtors support each other. I acknowledge that there is no perfect world in a competitive world, but these guys do have a bond, unlike anything I seen. Once their formal Christmas party ends, they do not run for the door! This says a lot about their leadership! All I ever hear is how supportive "Carl" is to their office. I also see how professional the Realtors I work with give all the value to their sellers, to make a sale! Keep that up Remax North!!

Our experience with the Sarasota Team was absolutely amazing! We recently sold our home with Stefani & Kristin and purchased another Sarasota listing. From start to finish it was comfortable, easy and enjoyable. They staged our home beautifully and really went the extra mile to get it as much exposure as possible. It is evident they care about their clients and we truly felt that throughout the entire process. I would 110% recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell!!

I inquired about a property for lease over a month ago, and after a few weeks of waiting for a response, the agent, Chris, wrote to me to say he had been sick, but never responded to the questions I had asked in my original email. After a few more emails outlining the same questions, weeks have passed without a response, and phone calls are never answered. I consider this unprofessional behaviour, especially towards a potential client, and I would have expected better of this company.
