This is the team to have your house sold. Professional, very efficient and great to deal with.

Alexis was tireless as she took me to see house after house in my search for the perfect forever HOME. Her relaxed nature and wonderful sense of humor helped me realize my true home wants and needs that eventually led to the discovery of my perfect home. Alexis has a wealth of professional experts available to help with everything from financing and legal matters to garage building, tree removal, and site inspection. Great group to deal with, always like selling homes with great fellow Realtors!

John Ryan - a realtor that gives all realtors a bad name. No shows on appointments and blames you.

My parents recently sold their home with Mark Pelletier. It was our family home where my parents raised four daughters and continued to live there once us kids left many years ago. It was a tough decision to sell as my parents and us kids loved our home so much. So many memories! Given this was a challenging decision for my parents, Mark took the time to explain and answer all of the many questions they had. He was so kind and respectful to my parents - Mark was absolutely the best! Mark was extremely knowledgeable with the comparables, the amenities of the area, and the overall Edmonton metro market. The photos of each room were superb displaying the home well for the potential buyers. As well, Mark immediately communicated when potential buyers were coming to view the home which aided in providing enough time for my parents to leave when needed. He went above and beyond to ensure the sales process went smoothly. I highly recommend Mark Pelletier- truly cares about his client

Damon Enns is was a fabulous realtor! I would definitely use Damon again if we were to sell or buy another home. He was always on time and very patient with us as we were trying to find the perfect home for us. We had some very specific specifications and Damon was on top of it. He was also very understanding when we would say no to a property. He was easy to get a hold of and promptly set up any appointments.

Long established office with a great team of Realtors! Can’t go wrong. Serving the Riverbend and SW Edmonton real estate market since 1989! Other areas served as well.

Recently had a great experience with Ken Dumas. Don't let his youthful appearance fool you. He was eager to assist us, without being pushy. He took the time to know our families needs and desires for our home. And was right there when a great listing came available for us and helped us through the process of buying. Definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a home!

Personal and professional! Keith took all the stress out of buying our first house!
