When compared to other Burger Kings in the Richmond area this location is pretty good. Compared to the infamous BK on Patterson, it is great. City food tax adds to the bill. A bit dirty but efficient and friendly staff here. Check on the BK app and coupons to save some money. Traffic can be tricky and a lot of trucks can make navigation of the drive through and parking difficult.

This is your typical Chik fil-A. The drive thru is a little confusing but efficient. The shopping center and is small but the restaurant is on Parham Road so it is easy to locate. Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly in typical Chik fil-A style. I tried the breakfast chicken biscuit for the first time....it was free. I will definitely order again. Biscuit was moist and tasty, the chicken was the same as the chicken tenders... delicious.

Great food here. Club sandwich and waffle sweet potato fries were awesome. Seating is a little tight, but not too big of a deal. Our server was friendly and prompt. Pretty good beer selection as well!

The food here is incredible!! We had a minor issue regarding our check and slight rudeness from our server last night but the owner/chef went above and beyond to make it right for us. She truly made us feel like we were guests in her home. Will definitely come back.

Poor, Poor, Poor!
I ordered two slices of cheese. When I made the order I intentionally asked if the pizza is made fresh or if they reheat pizza that they have sitting around. I was told, the pizza is made fresh. That was a lie. When I got home (which is less than 5 minutes from the restaurant), the crust was soggy and there was a ton of cheese piled atop other cheese. I could tell because the cheese on top was white and melted/stringy. The cheese on the bottom was discolored and not stringy at all. It was obvious that the top layer of cheese was added to make me think the pizza was fresh.
DO NOT EAT HERE! Poor service and they will sell you stale reheated pizza. TRASH!

Grungy looking staff and delivery drivers, they don't ever pay attention to "special instructions ", and they NEVER have their hair up! I don't want to eat pizza delivered by a guy with long greasy hair with no hair net, no had, and not pulled back in a pony tail! And found a hair in my food this evening and when I called to speak with the manager he brushed it off as if it was nothing and I was unimportant. This place has gone down hill!!! I will never eat here again! GET A NEW STAFF THAT ACTUALLY CARES FOR THEIR APPEARANCE

I am a regular visitor here who recommend the Indian cuisine restaurant to everyone. Since I am a vegetarian, I take veg items like Punjabi Karhi with Garlic Naan and love it! These are very tasty.
