Great place to go with a group. Good variety. It is rather expensive though. If you get the nabe, ask for the spicy shoyu soup base. It is probably the best.

Great little BBQ place on northern Oahu. Serves a wide range of American food and is on par with any of the BBQ places I've been to in the South. The staff was more than friendly, as we went there in a drenching down pour and got soaked just walking in from the parking lot, the first thing they did is pass out towels to all of is to dry off.

Best char siu and roast pork, hands down. Staff is friendly, buffett style choices are varied and good. Good pork hash, they serve oxtail soup, and a number of other offerings. Quick service, lots of parking in the winward city shopping center. They do not have a private bathroom in the restaurant, however, there are restrooms available in the actual shopping center.

Best local line grindz and the best service. It's the friendliest neighborhood diner around. Everything on the menu is good. My only complaint is that they use a shrimp broth in their saimin, but that's because I have a seafood allergy.
