We went through the drive through today . Placed order at 1:25 and had to wait at the window to pick up. Order was given to us at 1:50.... Can you believe it? 25 minutes to pick up 2 teen burgers in a drive through?

Best location in Nanaimo!! Staff are very kind/friendly and efficient. Also it's a good place to watch sports with your friends.

Very healthy, tasty lunch and an awesome smoothie!!

FINALLY a place in Nanaimo where you can dress up and be served like a king!!! Excellent for those very special occasions. We went Valentine's Day; a time nortorious at restaurants for rushed service and sub par fare. This was neither, the experience was sublime. We had no less than 4 friendly waiters serving our every need. The atmosohere is warm and cozy. And the meal!! We had the Valentine special, paired with hand picked wines. Every course was perfection. I cannot say enough about this lovely place. It's not cheap, but worth EVERY dime.

The food is always great and the meat is always served the way I request it. I find it to be a little bit pricey but that has more to do with the specialized menu they have. The decor is TOO rustic.

We went birding here during the Eagle migration. It is a beautiful place.

Burgers are awesome! Lots of choices for toppings, cheeses and sauces. Also salads and kids menu. Lots of food for the prices it's worth it. Try this place.... Amazing!!!

Nice little place to stretch the legs and enjoy a good meal. Maybe a brew, if that's what you want. Lots of bikers, but don't feel intimidated. They are always here when I am.

Love this restaurant. Had to go back again today for the West Coast bagel. The salad dressing is amazing too!

So so so yummy! The halibut is cooked to perfection and the sauce is delicious! The fish tacos are pretty awesome too! 💕

Food is decent, albeit a bit pricey. Service is pretty terrible though, with staff almost never attending tables after serving the food, except to remove plates or deliver the bill. The location is clean and often empty, making it rather quiet.

Such a delicious food and excellent customer service. My kids love to go at this place. Owner is very friendly and store is well maintained. We prefer to go inside store and eat it there because we all like it fresh from the oven. They keep store very clean and we love to go there again and again whenever we get chance

In summer time, the blueberry chutney is to die for!

The guy there kept saying yep yep yep after we listed every veg we wabted but before he put the fist ones on and then we had to re tell him everything multiple times. He also counted every veg to make sure he didnt give us too many. Only 7 cucumbers for you!

Worst pizza hut i have ever been to, they refuse to answere the phone about an hour to close every time.i have been charged extra for marinara sauce which im told by other pizza huts they dont even charge for that. Ripped me off. Many times its so dry it looks like pizza bread at safeway, litterally opened a jar of spagetti sauce to put on it. I went in to order and told if i want the online deals i have to order it on my phone, also the only pizza hut i have ever heard this, it even depends on who is working, some people do it there no problems and give me the best pizza loaded in toppings and sauce then others are so bad i pay for extra topping and sauce because most of the time its so pathetic, and get your pizza still dry and barrely any toppics, but who wants to go to chiliwack just for your pizza craving. Wonder if its the same owners as panago here. Never again will i go there for the same reason. Right now im sitting outside getting no answer for the past 40 min and they are open and inside. What a joke. Looks like ill never eat here either and warn everyone i can to stay clear from this horribly run franchise.
