Great restaurant. I love it.

I literally never write reviews for places but I feel like this was necessary. I came in for my first time for lunch today, and ordered a Caesar salad with no chicken priced at $9.49. I was a little skeptical of the price since a Caesar salad is only lettuce, cheese, croutons and dressing... but I went ahead with it as it's what I was craving. When I got back to my work and opened the bag with my salad in it, there was no more than 5-6 bites in the bowl. The bowl was VERY CLEARLY only half-full. I work in hospitality myself and I'm genuinely appalled at what I was given for the price at this store. I understand having quality ingredients, but there is no 5-6 bites of lettuce and dressing in the world that is worth almost $10.00. Legitimate robbery. UPDATE: The 5-6 bites of salad weren't even worth a few cents let alone almost $10.00. Extremely watery, almost tasteless dressing (which was also only 1/3 full....) and the lettuce itself was not fresh. Soft, not at all crisp and tons of brown bits in my salad. I've genuinely never felt so robbed and so disappointed by a lunch in my life. Gross.

I was able to host my birthday dinner here on the last day of Winterlicious for a reservation of 30. I have to admit that I probably called 2-3 times before to change the numbers from 15 to 25 to 30 but the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Didn't even have to put a deposit down. On the day of, we practically took up one entire side of the restaurant! From taking drink and food orders, to having to add additional people to the party, to food expedition, refills, and splitting the bills, every single staff member did things happily and efficiently. Even offered to take some of our pictures! Food wise, everything came out in a timely manner. I ordered the Lamb Shank but also got to sample a couple other dishes from friends - everything was tasty and were good textures (veggies soft, meats fell off the bone). Overall, had a phenomenal time here and super happy to share my birthday with friends and the staff. Highly recommend!

You got a mix of people from the meth clinic 100 feet away and hospital workers well dressed in a well run McDonalds by the staff dealing with some problem people with addictions

Fantastic dining experience with amazing service, great food options and really nice ambiance. This was my second visit and easily surpassed my expectations based on my original visit. I came from Italy and the food reminded me of my days growing up with mama cooking in the kitchen. The smells and tastes of old Italy are unmistakable and Mirto delivers that experience in a fun atmosphere. I would highly recommend you try this for yourself and share with the online community. We had a sashimi and sushi and it was the freshest fish I've had. The roe in particular was amazing. Nice atmosphere and quiet enough to still carry on conversations in a normal tone of voice. Black sesame ice cream (which had more of a gelato texture and flavor intensity) was also great.

Love this place! Most Chinese vegetarian restaurants use too much msg and desserts are not vegan. BUT this place is amazing! Asian vegan foods are so different from other vegan restaurants. Thrilled to know that I can still enjoy seafood udon after I became vegan. Don't forget to try their dessert from better bite. The cheesecake I tried is very refreshing and the sugar ratio is just perfect!

We went for Winterlicious. Menu has variety of Appetizers, mains and dessert. We enjoyed our meal and the staff was friendly and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

Great service and hot waitresses I'm gonna say that out right! Traditional wings great for a get together on Friday night to just chill out

Wow... The food was fantastic. We came after seeing The Illusionists. The service was wonderful and quality of food amazing. The chefs are incredible. We're from north of the city and our restaurants do not have food like this. Was not expecting this kind of food from Shoeless Joe's. Well done! Will definitely be back. Had the Beef Bowl and wife had 10 Spice Chicken and chick pea bowl. So flavourful.

The food and service is amazing. The location is pretty awesome to . My server was Jonas the guy went above and beyond for our table. My family could not have had a better time. Thanks jump

Went here for a family birthday dinner. I did not know this until too late, but parking is free under the building. You can get a voucher from the restaurant (yaay). Food was really good. A little pricey but beautiful decor and wonderful staff. The location is really convenient to the Toronto theatre district. Many bars etc close by for after dinner drinks. I remember going here years ago and it has held its consistency.

So they spent 10 min taking my take out order, telling me at the end they could not honor their own promotion. The staff seemed very confused and had to bring 2 staff to tell her how to operate the system. The process took so long and the service was so poor that I had to leave for a different place. Dont think I would return there. Horrible experience

Had the seven course menu and each course was a double course so you actually get to try 14 dishes if your partner is willing to share! Delicious and creative from beginning to end. Portions were much larger than any usual tasting menus.

Poor service and not worth the price. I went there today and I echo Kathleen words. Ordered the Pan Asian bowl. The lady switched some of the ingredients and didn't even ask or mention it to me. The meat was so little it was as if it was a veggie dish. The customer service was poor, I was there waiting for a long time, finally one lady comes and I make my order. However the customer that came after me was served by another lady much faster as the one that took my order went back and was cleaning rather than getting my order ready. Then she returns and rushes the order and puts random ingredients. Definitely not worth the $11.

Excellent service

Cool staff and excellent location. Open daily, weekends and even holidays. Quite busy during the early morning rush and lunchtime. Lots of seating and many places to enjoy your meal. Bring a smile and a little patience with you.
