9:40PM and these guys are hammering and using a compressor. When I told them that they were violating city noise bylaws - the response I got was "not to worry my pretty little head" about it and "sweetheart you dont know anything about the bylaws". If you hire this company they will make your neighbors insane.

We have had a long history of difficulty with contractors on our home. It was thus a very pleasant surprise when Mr. Roof Repair responded promptly and well to our request for a quote on what turned out to be a long standing leak in our roof. They discovered that the wood underlay had rotted as well as several other issues, providing a comprehensive review and several recommendations for repair, as well as advice on how to best care for the roof and attic. The work was completed quickly and efficiently and we are happy to recommend them.

Front of the house had few damaged shingles that i noticed almost a year ago. I hired the roof whisperer to replace them since i worked with them before and know that they always have great prices and do a very professional job. Lovely work done

I had a raccoon tear up some shingles on my roof. I called several roofing companies and this one was the most reasonably priced. I've used them more than once now and they always respond quickly, have great customer service and they do very good work. Jason Hunter in particular was very helpful. I asked for repairs to be done the same day and they were here within a couple hours, despite being busy with other jobs.

The associate estimator came to my house half an hour earlier than was scheduled - 7:30 am instead of 8 am. He didn't check the leak on my roof. It was too cold for him to get up on my roof and check it. Instead, he wasted 40 minutes of my morning time on talking about his 20 years experience in the roofing business and that he knows better. He gave me $2,100 + HST estimation for fixing my problem. I fixed it with some other company for $350 and got a 1-year warranty.

The wind had blown several shingles off our roof, and on a recommendation, we called Tony at Metro Roofing. He was excellent! He quoted us a price, then replaced the shingles, did a whole roof inspection, replaced a few other shingles the wind had blown off, and even caulked around our chimney because he noticed a gap. And all for the original quote! He was prompt, reliable, and a pleasure to have walking above our heads. If we ever have a roofing problem again, we will definitely call Tony!

A crew of this company hit my parked car, then became extremely rude and aggressive towards me when I asked to exchange information. I had to call the police and have them come to the site in order to handle the situation. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible.
