Absolutely pleased with my backyard deck and new eavestrough. Frank and Marco were a pleasure to work with as they were professional and trustworthy. They are also super caring and treated me like family. Would have them back in a heartbeat and actually will plan to ask them if we need anything more done.

The associate estimator came to my house half an hour earlier than was scheduled - 7:30 am instead of 8 am. He didn't check the leak on my roof. It was too cold for him to get up on my roof and check it. Instead, he wasted 40 minutes of my morning time on talking about his 20 years experience in the roofing business and that he knows better. He gave me $2,100 + HST estimation for fixing my problem. I fixed it with some other company for $350 and got a 1-year warranty.

The wind had blown several shingles off our roof, and on a recommendation, we called Tony at Metro Roofing. He was excellent! He quoted us a price, then replaced the shingles, did a whole roof inspection, replaced a few other shingles the wind had blown off, and even caulked around our chimney because he noticed a gap. And all for the original quote! He was prompt, reliable, and a pleasure to have walking above our heads. If we ever have a roofing problem again, we will definitely call Tony!

Accuseal did a new flat roof for our commercial business plaza for us about 7 years ago and have been maintaining it as needed. Great workmanship, professional and reliable service. Highly recommended!

A crew of this company hit my parked car, then became extremely rude and aggressive towards me when I asked to exchange information. I had to call the police and have them come to the site in order to handle the situation. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible.

I am very disappointed and upsad by this company's costumer service attitude. They came to my house two and half weeks ago and waisted 1 hour of my life to go everywhere and check to give me a quote for changing of my whole roof ( my house is only 7 years old but the roof is part of a defected IKO shingles that has cracked). Since then I haven't heard from them. I called three times to their office and asked to talk to a manager as this company was referred to us by one of our friends and I really wanted to give them a chance but every time I called I was told that someone will get back to me and they don't know what happen as they can see there quete sitting in the system. I checked my emailed every time and they had the right email address! My roof will probably coasts 20,000 and up to change and it is very disappointing that if they don't want to take the business at least be professional enough to call me and let me know.....very very disappointed. If this is how they do at this start of the job imagine how they could his do if I ever have to call them for warrantee or any help after the job is done!?
