I dealt with Ray. Nice guy, but he is too busy and sometimes he is not able to handle things properly. He definitely needs an assistant. Be very specific and crystal clear on financials, not because he cheats, because he is too busy and may not remember all verbal discussions. Job was done in a timely manner. They also did an awesome job on cleaning the mess and the nails.

I was very impressed with the whole process from start to finish. Titans Roof Works have an excellent crew who are very personable and skilled. The roofers did a quality job and it looks awesome. Thanks guys!

I felt the need to rate this company as I saw that their ratings were low but it's not true. I had hired them a year ago to repair my grandfather's damaged roof and they showed up earlier than the expected appointment, got the job done and it's been perfect since. Just wanted to say Thank You for a job well done!

Our shingles were showing their age at 15 years old so we decided to get 4 quotes as we noticed lots of lawn signs for roofing. Living in Markham for many years we also got a quote from Chouinard Bros., as we have seen their trucks around for years. Their quote was in the middle for pricing with the other quotes. Chouinard was the only company that stated our roof shingles had deteriorated to the point that we would have many leaks – sooner than later!! There were gaps where the shingles had come apart and the roofing was exposed. We accepted their offer and they covered part of our roof with a tarp to stop any leaks. Their service was great, they cleaned up everything and they honoured their word. I would recommend Chouinard to everyone!! Thank you Chouinard for doing a great job! John and Martha

First thing that I was impressed with was my phone call to the company to get a quote, was returned promptly. Bruce arrived, a few minutes early to the appointment, which was a plus in my eyes. Punctuality. Then he introduced himself, told me he would go up on the roof, look things over, and would then discuss the work involved. He explained things thoroughly, and showed me different roofs on my street explaining the differences. He actually had a shingle with him, so I got to see it first hand. The shingles showed up one day, the bin and the workers arrived the next day, and got the job done by mid afternoon. All the guys that were here were very kind, mindful of my gardens, polite, and did the job well. They cleaned up, put my furniture back, and said good bye. I give Bruce and the company 5 stars. Great service, and my roof looks Great.

After having called several roofing companies regarding my damaged shingles only one was honest and dedicated to giving me the appropriate service for my roof.the customer service representatives (LAUREN) was diligent in finding out as much information about my roof as possible,Trudel and sons care just as much about there workmanship as the product they install,To me that is what all gold seal companies should aspire to be. They have installed over 130,000 sq.ft. of roofing, without a complaint or problem, with a new order for September, 2017 of over 108,000 sq.ft. A representative came over for estimation on June 29, 2017. It is now almost two weeks and they still haven't provided me with a quote. Wasted my time.

I had my roof done by these jokers They took 3 more weeks than they said the work day was couple of full and lot off half days .My roof started to leak by the chimney after 1st year terrible job on the flashing . I;ve been on the phone and text for about 3 months and they keep saying next week so far no body shows up ..

Unsafe vehicles, aggressive driving, substandard work and huge delays for warranty checks. Negative reviews earn the ire of the owner claiming they've never heard of you (because facilities managers don't sign the contracts but do the follow up). Steer clear.

I just had the roof replaced on my home in Oakville by Lodde and Sons Roofing and they did a fantastic job. Once I contacted them, they were prompt in scheduling an appointment to come to my home to provide a recommendation and a quote. The consultation was very professional, and they gave me input on colour and style based on my needs - I didn't get the sense they were trying to "upsell" me. Once I made the decision to proceed, they quickly scheduled the date for the work to be done. The crew was courteous and did a great job of cleaning up at the end of the job - there wasn't any old roofing material in my garden, on the driveway or in my gutters. We're extremely pleased with the look of the roof and the workmanship. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs to have their roof replaced.

SAFETY LAWBREAKERS Last time I saw you guys in East Hamilton not a single worker had a restraining device. Take heed-you will be reported next time! I have dogs that need a lot of walking and next time I will have my phone and the phone takes photos.

T. Simpson replaced our roof last year. We found their staff to be friendly and their workmanship to be excellent. There were a few remaining little bits of debris still stuck in the shingles this year, and they came back promptly to remove them. Although they weren't the cheapest quote, they were competitive on upgrades, and the final result was worth the cost.

The crew was fantastic. Excellent work. No debris left behind.
