Great sporting goods store with friendly and helpful staff. My most recent visit was for a couple of new disc golf discs and they have a great selection.

Small niche shop centered around rock, ice and expedition climbing gear. They have a great selection of rental gear. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about the gear they sell.

Been coming to Seattle Ski for years and the service never changes! Great team, selection, and atmosphere. Rosie, Kyle, and Brian are up there with the very best!

It's fine if you know what you are looking for. The staff are not the helpful. They do have used and new gear but selection is small. There is also a service shop where you can get work down on your gear. They have some good sales sometimes as well on old gear.

Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve bought most of my ski gear here because of the awesome customer support and warranty. You won’t be disappointed! Also, was pleasantly surprised to see a great selection of fashionable womens summer clothes recently. Overall, not the cheapest retailer but you can’t beat the quality.

Travis and Ryan take such good care to tune my gear! And Plus beer, this is the place to go!

Couldn't have asked for better service. All staff were friendly and helpful. And best of all, they gave me a beer after heat moulding my boots! The 1 star review below is hilarious. Some sour lady complaining about staff enjoying the end of their Friday shift and then giving her 50% off a jacket. Can't please everyone eh. Anyways thanks guys and keep being awesome! 👌

Great place to go to. The alpine sledding in the summer is super fun. The place is nice and the people are friendly. Tickets are a little expensive but all worth it.

Rented snowshoes here, better stuff and price than REI.

Awesome race track!

The service was perfect! The staff was super nice and patient, we rented quality ski equipment at a stunning price!!! 100% recommended. Natalia attended us since the beginning, as we are Mexican and struggled with the English, but she took her time to help us by recommending the best prices. You should definitely rent there!!

Great place for all seasons recreation

Friendly and professional instructors, perfect resort and nice price line.

Love 7th Heaven.... great blue runs for an intermediate snowboarder like me. Love how Whistler Village is built around the lifts. Makes it easy to find good food and shop after a day on the slopes. Parking is expensive and sometimes hard to find. If you're staying anywhere within walking distance, don't drive.

if there were 6 stars I'd be giving it. We rented skis, poles and boots in 2 separate orders for 3 people, all different ski levels and for different days throughout a week of skiing Whistler Blackcomb. I had compared pricing with rental shops and one other drop off/pick up service and Ski Butlers' pricing was the same or less expensive and their reviews were consistently good. Ski Butlers called us to confirm that we were ready for delivery arrival at the private home where we were staying. Andrea & Marshall were very attentive and knowledgeable to the fit of the boot, and the ski length and performance level for each skier. The boots and skis were new models and way better than we've seen at other rental shops. The next order was delivered, as scheduled, a few days later, by Richard, who went out of his way to make sure the boot was the right one for a narrow foot, and that the ski length and style was the right one. After hearing of the older skiier's concern about returning from ACL surgery, he decided another ski would be more appropriate and said he would bring it by later that night, which he did. Now, if all that isn't what one is looking for in customer service....Richard called the next day while I was skiing to ask how everything felt and if I was having a good day on the mountain! The equipment was picked up at our house on schedule. Also notable is the availability and helpfulness of the office staff who answered the local phone promptly and seemed to want to accommodate to make everything convenient for us. We were happy with everything about Ski Butler. This local Whistler business probably recieved their business template from the international Ski Butler company, but they execute it in such a fashion as to make the Whistler/Blackcomb skier want to return again soon!

Overnight turn-around and always amazed at the quality of their tuning services.
