Had the opportunity to meet Daniel while my girlfriend and I were shopping for snowboarding boots. Daniel really took the time to help educate us on what to look for when it comes to proper fitting footwear. Emphasis value for us and didn't push us into anything we really didn't need. Definitely recommend this place!

Nathan really took great care of me - on the second day of a 9 day ski trip, I took a core shot to the nose end of a brand new board... After calling around town a little bit, for that kind of damage, everyone said CSM was the best place. I called Nathan, he picked the board up from my condo a couple hours later, worked on it all day, and brought it back to me that very same night. Price was great, service was excellent, and the repair was top notch - held up perfect for the remaining 7 days of skiing hard, all day, everyday. He's building a solid business in a place that he loves - support this guy if you can, he won't let you down.

Awesome place for kids ski or snowboard lessons. A lot easier to find a parking spot than Grouse and Cypress. Instructors are super friendly and professional.

Great selection of stock and friendly informative service

This is my ordering experience with G3 Mar, 2018. I needed to buy replacement skin tail connector so I ordered them online and added some ski straps to bring the purchase over the threshold to apply free shipping. later that day I was informed that they no longer had ski connectors and were shipping me only the straps without my approval. I immediately replied via gmail, my work email and via their website to cancel the entire order as well as left a voicemail message since I do not want only the straps, I really wanted the skin connectors. Despite my many requests they still sent me the straps I no longer wanted and charged me shipping, and I still have not received confirmation that I will be refunded the shipping costs with the order I did not approve. Furthermore after probably 20 phone calls to their head office I have still been unsuccessful in talking with a person, goes straight to voicemail. I generally like and use G3 products. There service from this location and their online support was disappointing. Update: after disputing the charge with my credit card thereafter I received a prompt reply from g3 accepting my request for a full refund.

I found this shop after doing a quick google search for ski rentals near Whistler, Canada. They were really nice and helpful and easy to deal with. Also their rental equipment was nice and newer. Also helps that they were a lot more inexpensive than renting in Whistler. Would definitely use them again if I make another trip to Whistler!
