If you are looking for off season stuff you can get a good deal. You have be willing to live with not the best colours.

We have been customers of the boardroom in North Vancouver for many years, they have always been good to us and they know their stuff. Now we have kids who are into boardsports, they have been great with them too. Even to the point of entertaining them when a parent is trying to shop! I've always been impressed but the other day I really think the guys went above and beyond with a product issue I had. They took it upon themselves to help me even though they could have easily passed it off to the manufacturer (who I did also contact and they were useless). Way to go boardroom you really get 'customer service' we will be back and will continue to sing your praises.

Great service and an amazing selection of both snowboards and skis. I came here simply to get the bindings adjusted on my snowboard and the guy that helped me went above the moon to help me as the bindings on my board were strangely unique and hard to find.

Does a great job on my skis, a season's worth of damaged edges and gouges from careless (carefree) skiing, and they look like new again.

Summer Storage Deal is fantastic! Why would I leave my skis taking up space in my storage locker when I could drop them off and have them in a climate controlled facility and have them serviced now for storage and then have them ready for opening day? These guys are professional and know what they are doing!

These guys are great until they take your money, then if anything goes wrong they just shrug their shoulders and really don't care. Sold me a pair of $800 boots then stopped carrying that brand and stopped stocking spare parts. Need a new heel? Too bad so sad, how about a new pair of boots? Sold me a pair of skis that almost immediately started delaminating. Coming off in razor sharp shards that cut my gloves and jacket. Said I must be skiing wrong. Did I want to buy a new pair? If you want to pay for high end stuff you should go find someone who will stand behind it.

I have rented Deuter Act Lite 65+10 backpack for weekend camping on Garibaldi Lake. I was more than satisfied with everything - quality, price, etc. I will definitely stop by again at store before my next camping-hiking adventure and use Sports Junkies's camping rental services.

If you want comfortable and warm feet in your ski or snowboard accept no substitutes

The ladies I chatted with were super knowledgeable and very nice. I had a great experience. I think helmets should be cheaper to rent. When it's safety equipment that protects your cranium it should be promoted by making it part of the package rental.

It had a lot of raincoats, but not all the raincoats that they offer, and some long ones I was looking for

Fast, reasonable prices. Bikes in good condition and comfortable. Tandem bike was 16 for first hour and reduced rate for subsequent hours. Free lock, basket and helmet loans. Need credit card for deposit
