This is a great ski shop. Initially I went in and found a good deal on a ski jacket, then I went back and bought regular priced new ski boots. The staff I was served by were young yet very knowledgeable. I feel confident the staff here will direct you to the equipment that is right for you.

Went here recently to buy my first pair of high end snowboarding goggles. I got to try on different pairs before purchasing. I also learned a bunch of technical things about goggle systems/lenses which was great and informative for a newbie like myself. I will definitely be coming back here for my future snowboarding purchases! Review for Main Store Next Door: What a Night and Day difference between the main store and the outlet store next door. The OUTLET store have very helpful and fun staff that genuinely care about helping you find what you need. The main store however is a different story. It's filled with "single facial expression" type of workers that look like they hate their jobs, it's also harder to get help even though the store is not busy.

I've been looking for a pair of ski boots for the past month and have visited several ski shops during that time. I can say that the reps at this store truly know what they're doing. One of these reps, Zander, fitted me a pair of boots that's nearly perfect. He was respectful, listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and was overall very knowledgeable.

My girlfriend and I have bought bikes, skis and ski boots from Westside. Chris is always incredibly helpful and the rest of the team are also lovely. Great advice always, fantastic boot fitting service and very friendly - recommend!

EXCELLENT service here! More like a pro shop than just another ski shop, the staff know their business and it shows. Prices are very competitive with other shops and selection is great. Definitely worth checking out.

Felt EXTREMELY unwelcome there. No employees asked if I needed any help, and they were watching me like a hawk to make sure I was not stealing anything. Either that, or they could be selling some shady stuff, and are scared of their items being deeply inspected by anyone with a trained eye. Seemed like they were selling legitimate items, but I would still rather spend my money elsewhere. They need nicer employees that would be happier to help their customers.

Had a season pass the past two years and could not have enjoyed it more! Their early bird prices are unbeatable and very worth it. The convenience of 40 minute drive from downtown to on the slopes is unreal. Looking forward to a third season later this year.

Hilcrest has been a Gresham staple for as long as I can remember, I've been shopping at Hillcrest for over 25 years. They have the best rental gear from Portland to Mt Hood. all the employees are great people, very knowledgeable and curteous. It is the only place I rent gear for my son. They always have a great selection of the latest ski and snowboard equipment for sale as well as a huge clothing, shoe and sunglass selection. If you are on the way up to good stop in and check them out!

All Seasons is our go-to for all vehicle accessories. The staff is well trained and knowledgeable in all aspects regarding the customization of your vehicle. I couldn't go anywhere else!

The woman working inside lacks the most desirable trait in rentals and sales... A helpful attitude. I dropped in with a few questions about surfboard rentals and she was unwilling to show me the choices. She stated, "they are all the same." Anyone who surfs relaizes how incorrect this is. The outline or shape of board as well as tail design and fin setup are just a few details relevant when choosing a rental board . I am from San Diego where the the rental market is quite competitive. This woman wouldn't last a week in our area if she couldn't take the time for customers inquiries. Sadly, her store is the only local rental biz in the area so she probaly gets away with it...

Oh my gosh they use local artist too, for the art work on these skis and snow boards. Beautiful! They support Oregon all the way, no plastic edges to come off in our national forests. A much stronger edge that lasts the length of your snow board or ski. Thanks for the tour.
