The best boot fitting service, EVER. If I could give 6* I would. Don’t think you will get a better service in a ski resort, because you won’t. Most places charge extra on top of the boot price to fit. Here it is included. BRILLIANT.

I literally never review stores but I absolutely had to for these guys. Ordered some boots on eBay from them (not realising that they were a normal store). Long story short, I was a nightmare customer with the wrong delivery address, a friend with too big feet, and a return not done properly. Manda and Toby were great throughout the entire experience, made the boots arrive, suggested alternatives. took them back and gave me a refund all whilst being super nice! Big love to Sputnik, will definitely be ordering from them next year for all of my new equipment.

Great service and super friendly staff. They sorted my skis whilst I was waiting so that I didn't have to come back later. My new favourite shop!

The conveyor belt style of skiing is different to snow, most noticeably the inner ear motion, it feels like you are skiing backwards and when you brake you go up the mountain... Plus you don't control your speed as its set by the instructor who is managing three different skill levels on one belt (that applies for beginner session and intermediate) . Worth a go to find out for yourself, but ultimately not for us (one beginner and myself skiing for 10 years). The staff were excellent and skilled, just beware that learning here you will not pick up the mountain skills you need such as always put on skis perpendicular to mountain (they put them on facing down because conveyor belt is off) and walking with skis, or drag lifts, even walking in ski boots in snow, or riding the changing surface.

The store where we always go for ski equipment and clothing. All the products are of high quality and not that pricey. Huge store, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I started using Ellis Brigham for outdoor clothing when there was just a small shop in Capel Curig. The Covent Garden shop seems to have everything you need when you go outside. It's a first stop for mountain activity clothing

Went here yesterday and had a very good experience. They have a good range of quality stock, but the 5 stars is largely due to the staff, Joy. She really knows her stuff, and was extremely helpful. She was attentive to us, whilst also being attentive to several others - she works her butt off! Thanks to her my boyfriend and I each left very happy with our first pairs of snowboarding boots (so much better than rentals!)

Me and a group of friends were looking for a guide to take us around an area we weren't very familiar with - Ongosa was simple, quick and easy to use. We were teamed up with a very knowledgeable local guide who took us around the best spots. I'd definitely use again!
