No issues. Yes, shelf price is advertise RRP and not exactly as cheap as some online stores with 3 week delivery from mainland Europe. But they happily price match. So they still sell things and I get fair deal- all near by in CW. ..And those guys giving 1 star because S + R don't sell vegan jackets.. Jeez, just knit your own outdoors gear then.

Great service and knowledge! It was my first snowboard kit out and the whole focus was on getting the best fit and to be fit for purpose. All the items were well priced and of great quality.

How fun you think it's going to be x 10 and you still wont come close to how amazing a winter with NBS is. Excellent training, accommodation, food and entertainment for brilliant price. Such great value. Stop looking around and just go with these guys.

Went to buy marathon running shoes and the man that helped me was fantastic. Nothing was to much trouble and i ended up trying on 6 different pairs. Well done Romford branch you know your stuff I am 1 happy customer.

Visited with my daughter - i dont ski - she seemed to enjoy it and the staff seemed friendly but the place looked a bit tired and "unloved". Havent been to any other ski centres so that may be the "look"! nb only catering was a coffee machine so come prepared.

Great range of stock. Some good bargains

Just superb service. Really friendly family business. It’s an Aladdin’s cave of everything you could need. Lots of good advice and no pressure. They only sell quality stuff so you won’t find really low budget clothing or equipment. However, if you want reasonably priced quality kit that will serve you well (or top end stuff!) they’ve got it. Highly recommended.

Mediocre service. Really no excuse for the lack of knowledge. Also slow and over priced. The lady I spoke with genuinely seemed unhappy with life. It's hard to have a conversation with someone who won't look you in the eye. I wouldn't recommend.

I bought a superfanic black jacket (HYPANIC) supposed to be waterproof. Not only is not, also the colour gone. You guys must contact me and refund my mony. If you pay my money back i change my rating to 5. Im not sure if i kept the receipt. Shame quality 😡
