Building where it's located is somewhat small and can feel rather congested when there are many people present for a meeting etc. Parking lot is large-ish but can be hard to navigate since some seem to park wherever the mood suits them (I.e. they should paint yellow lines on parking lot asphalt to better direct these people)

My son plays for this association in u8 Division 1 and I see the lack of discipline compared to teams from Fabreville, Vimont, Chomedy etc before starting a game. There is some parents that feel that the association is only there to make money according to how many inscription they get than the quality of training that the children have. I feel that there is some coaches that should not be coaches in the first place because their lack of passion and knowledge of the game. For example, there was a situation with in the past (last year 2014) with a coach where he announced that would practice during construction holiday; but what happened was all the parent presented at the Montenency Park on Boulevard Laval and the coach did not present himself at the practice. This was not professional in his part and the parents were not very happy. There are also coaches who never played soccer and/or seen in their lives a high level soccer game (UEFA champions league) and they are coaches? It does not mean if you take a course in coach training that you are a good coach, it is more than that. It is knowledge, passion, and a lot of sacrifices but showing off is the way to go in this club. It is really sad; not for me but for the kids. My question to the president is: Does he really care? I think if you are really have passion to a sport, it will show on the field. I don't know if next year I want my son to play for Centre-Sud because I already informed myself about other teams in Laval and Montreal for the Winter session. I say for those who really showed my son the game THANK YOU. But for those who really there to show off that they have a shirt from the association and don't know nothing about the sport is WAKE UP before the parents start leaving with their children.
