We won a gift certificate for this shop. Maybe if we paid we would have gotten better service. I have never seen my husband's hair look so disgusting! Mismatched hair lengths throughout Red marks all over his neck from what you call a beard trim. And to think I was actually going to bring my son in there, not a chance!

Had a piercing done there today! They were super nice and made me and my friend feel comfortable and welcome. Loved the experience and I will definitely be going there for any other piercings or jewelry!

I was in the St.Catharines store with my daughter shopping....we walked in and started to shop gathering clothes to try on.. no one asked us if we needed help or a change room.. my daughter had to ask for one...the 2 employees were chatting behind the counter.. my daughter tried on a bunch of stuff.... the one girl came over after awhile and asked how things were going...but only after I had to get my daughter different sizes in multiple items ...multiple times...we both made purchases but only because we need summer stuff for a trip....the staff here needs serious training on customer service....they do nothing but chat to each other...

I have been looking into laser removal for a tattoo for some time now and I have finally found the perfect place. Fade away is super organized and informative from their website to their staff. I had a free consultation with one of their laser techs, Tj, and she was super informative about the process and even helped me look at artists in the area that had a style that would work well with my cover up idea. Cant wait to start treatment. Honestly couldn't recommend a better place. If you're looking at removal in the GTA go here!!
