I called to ask a simple question about walk-ins (in general) even tho it was 1:30 am. But they said “nah homie not right now” and started laughing and hung up on me even though I was just simply asking in general. They didn’t let me finish my question so it wasn’t very professional. I’ll jusy stick to my regular artist :)

I'm really pleased how clean and professional Aaron's Artistry is for a home studio. I highly recommend him because he has a Health Board Certificate on his wall and is a Licensed Tattoo Shop.

I’m new to the Ottawa area and I stumbled upon New Moon Tattoo on Google . I read all the positive reviews and I knew this was the place to go . I got my septum pierced by Kaiti . She is such a sweetheart . She’s so gentle and so sweet . She’s super friendly and I felt very comfortable with her . She’s very professional and did a great job . Thank you so much Kaiti. The atmosphere of the shop was also really great . The staff in general are very friendly. I will definitely be back !

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! This place is utterly ridiculous. I have never witnessed and experienced such disrespect and unprofessionalism in my life. Does no one make their own judgements anymore, that you allow someone else to speak for you, Shawn? I am super disappointed in how this "business" handles their customers when a mistake was made. Tattoos are permanent. Chris, if you are going to go around constantly making permanent mistakes on people, you probably shouldn't be a tattoo artist. How is someone suppose to trust you? I can't believe that I witnessed a door being closed in someones face and such unnecessary profound language. Chris, you are dismissive, defensive, unreasonable and extremely unprofessional! You need to reflect on your actions, because with your attitude, this business you are working for, won't last. Platinum has been open for less than 2 months, and you already have problems with your customers. That's just sad. It's 2018, handle your business with respect for others and professionalism. Learn customer service! As for my tattoo. It's only my second one, and it could of been way better. I got done a simple map outline of where I come from. My tattoo was done by Chris, and I also left unsatisfied. A permanent mistake was not made on me, however, Chris could not successfully preform crisp even lines. There are lines that are either way too thin or don't touch and meet up with other lines. Lines are basic! Chris also failed to let me know that he was going to stipple a section of it. All he said at the time was "Don't worry, I'll do something nice." ...Don't hate it, but don't necessarily love it. I should love the tattoos I choose to get on my body, and you took that from me. Overall, Platinum is terrible and needs to make tremendous improvement on their business if they are trying to make it in the long run. Right now, they don't even deserve 1 star, but 0 stars isn't an options.

My daughter (8 yo) and I received laser removal of upper lip. My daughter has a disorder which causes excess facial hair growth and unfortunately has dealt with being bullied over it. I am excited for her to start school with a smooth face!! Zeiva was absolutely fantastic with her. Can’t thank you enough for the awesome service!

I’m not one to leave reviews but I was utterly blown away by the level of service I received at The Ottawa Laser Clinic and couldn’t help myself from posting something. The whole team seems fantastic. From the person (who I unfortunately can’t remember the name of) who walked me through the procedure during my consultation, to Monique, who was incredibly careful and knowledgeable during the whole procedure, the service I received was outstanding. Monique provided a play-by-play through everything she was doing, and was very gentle and understanding regarding the pain of it all. I was also provided with very clear care instructions and expectations as far as my tattoo removal would go. Nobody tried to upsell me either—I was clear that I only wanted one session of fading done and was offered a very reasonable price for just the one procedure. The Ottawa Laser clinic is clean and professional, and I would absolutely recommend it for the removal of your next regrettable tattoo (hah!). My arm is still healing but I expect excellent results from such a professional place. Thank you very much to Monique and the rest of the team!

I'm a male with dark skin of South Asian descent. I was skeptical about body hair removal using laser. After my wife's constant nagging, I researched and found Centrepoint Laser Clinic'. Not all clinics are specialized in hair removal for different skin types and colors, mind you. This is where most burns occur. I did my first laser hair removal on my chest and abdomen and I'd say the price is very very reasonable and has been about 4 weeks now. After the first session, I see a significant loss in hair growth. Most importantly, I don't have laser scars or burns. Waiting for my next few appointments. Staff is super friendly. Place is modern! I highly recommend!
