Great idea, but huge dip in service and food lately. We have been visiting iPid regularly for the last year or so. At first, service and food were great, and worth the premium you pay (which is substantial). Lately, though, the service has taken a nose-dive. Last night, which was a busy Saturday, there was just one bartender. He was doing his best, but he was making drinks for all the servers to take into the theaters. They kept interrupting me as I tried to order a drink at the counter, so it took about 20 minutes to get a beer. Service inside the theaters isn't much better. It's obvious the staff are trying, but there just aren't enough of them. The food itself is nothing special - arrives cold, indifferently plated, at erratic times (one dessert arrived 30 minutes before the other). I don't think we will be paying the extra fee to see movies here anymore. Alamo in Yonkers has less hype, friendlier service, and much lower prices.

Went to iPic for the first time last night and had an amazing time. The venue is beautiful and much better than your standard AMC with reclining chairs. The tickets are well worth the price. The food, drinks and service were also stellar. Really good date spot!

Thanks to the staff to get us into our movie of choice after a glitch with our original tickets..they do offer a discount to senior citizens. ..great bargain. ..the movie was hysterically funny. .thanks again great experience

Mauvais service au téléphone. On nous dit de composer le 0 et ça tombe sur rien du tout. J'ai appelé deux fois pour réserver des billets pour un spectacle, J'ai l'impression qu'ils ne savent pas comment s'organiser.

Correct

Intimate theater with a good sound system, comfy seats and enough lighting to get the job done. Saw interstellar elder here and felt the theater was a character in the performance.

Great place for shows, the sound is good ! Beautiful terrace and easy parking on the lot or around.

La pièce merveilleuse..l accueil l ambiance..la salle tout tout parfait...me reste à goûter au repas maintenant.. l an prochain j achete souper spectacle..Je suis déjà convaincu...et les comédiens oufff sa passe trop vite..
