Lower Ossington Theatre

I have been here numerous times for various shows (Rent, Avenue Q, Mary Poppins, The Wizard of Oz, Willy Wonka) and I am never disappointed! Such a cute theatre with amazing performers! I would highly recommend to everyone to go!

Great theater. Small community theatre. Great ticket price. I rather go to small theaters to support local artists. Big budget shows on big theaters are way too commercialized

The place is ABOVE EXPECTATIONS: lovely, cosy, clean, neat, excellent staff, excellent latte, excellent choice of tea...
Yesterday we watched Les Misérables (Theatre Smith-Gilmour): A TOUR DE FORCE!!! I was mesmerized with the performance. It was a synergy of pantomime, dialogues, & occasional narration.
Kudos to the cast & the director.

Was there for improv comedy on a Friday night. I can't remember the last time I laughed so hard.

Seats aren’t comfortable but I’ve seen most movies at this location. Lovely theatre

It's nice that you are allowed to bring drinks inside. Not the typical cushioned theatre seating arrangment... but the acoustic in the theatre was phenomenal

Great little theatre with some interesting plays. Love, Gare de L'est, the restaurant connected to it. Terrific French meal.
Queen Elizabeth Theatre

Older style theatre. Comfortable seats and good accoutics. Has an old world charm with a warmth and intimacy lacking in more modern venues.

Not open under renovation. Was told it may not be a theatre after opening???
Cinesphere

The original IMAX theatre. If you like what Imax does, you owe it to yourself to see one here. The outside is pretty dilapidated at this point, but don't worry, the theatre itself is well maintained and very pleasant. The film I saw recently was very loud, so be warned that may happen.
Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament
10 Dufferin St, Toronto, Ontario, M6K 3C3, Canada
We had an excellent time at Medieval Times Toronto from start to finish. Easy venue to get to, easy entrance and a short wait for the show to start. This was our second visit ever, and first visit for the new show.
The horses were magnificent - the Knights, Queen, and Marshall were all well rehearsed. Lord Cedric forgot his lines, fumbled his microphone several times, and generally didn't perform on par with the rest of the show.
Our server Eric was amazing and so was the food. I was not as concerned with the paper plates and lack of cutlery as other patrons seem to be; it makes more sense to run a disposable set up when everything is quite messy to begin with.
Overall I would prefer to give a 4.5* review for the faults of Lord Cedric. I will definitely be back for a third time, potentially when the story changes again to keep it fresh!
East Side Players
67 Pottery Rd, Toronto, Ontario, M4K 2B9, Canada
I have seen so many fantastic plays with the east side players, BUT NONE has struck me as being so great as THE VALLEY. Each actor was as good as the next. The four players had equal parts. I was so drawn in, I laughed, I cried, it hit all of my emotions. My congratulations to NATHAN COSTA, JANICE HANSEN, SHAWN LALL AND MISHA HARDING, you were all so fantastic. The writing was phenomenal.
