charged me $6500 for 30 day impound..

Great service, took care of my issue and reasonably priced. Thanks

Amazingly fast and efficient less then 20 min.. fear price .Thanks so much I well call beck if i needed...

tech demanded cash from our driver, then took 2 weeks to send the invoice over which was $90 less than what he took from the driver.

Another rip off scrap company! Very rude and was trying to hustle me.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS This "company" is a joke. My client called for a tow truck and some Russian guys first words to him is "if you were in Europe you would be dead the tow truck driver would pull you out and kill you" not even in a joking manor. This came off as a threat more than anything then he says to him that the cops were looking for his car and that it wouldn't be there in the morning after he refused his 200$ for 40 kilometer tow. This guy is a complete whack job and I wouldn't be surprised if he has already hurt people looking for a tow and stolen their cars. Cops have been notified.

The man I spoke to was highly unprofessional. When I asked for an ETA because I had an infant with me he told me “I don’t care if you have a baby I’m not rushing for you” and began raising his voice. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Great guys very helpful

I have called Navi towing a couple of times now and I can honestly say I have never once been disappointed. They are super helpful and professional, they are now the only towing company I ever call!
