Towing

Kevin and Kevin, what can I say! Our family of four we're on the way with our camper to PEI for our family vacation on a Sunday when suddenly we lost the tire off the camper. CAA put us in touch with the Kevins, who in an amazing amount of time showed up, put a spare on so that it could be pulled onto a flatbed and towed back to the shop so they could repair the remaining problem with the leaf spring breaking. They tracked down two new tires for me on a Sunday afternoon and even took parts off of their own trailer to get us on the road, thank you thank you thank you!

Mark’s Towing has been VERY helpful to me on three different occasions: two of which keys were accidentally locked in the car in my haste to make an employee bus, and the third occasion was a starter issue and the car needed to be towed to a mechanic. Each time they were easy to reach via phone, very quick to arrive at the scene, professional, helpful and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them!

Me and my family got stuck in the middle of the bay of fundy provincial park. It was a Sunday and it was Kevin’s day off. But he got up and came to help us. Kevin was calm, loaded us in and got us and the family mini van to where we needed to go. Highly recommend! Thank you Kevin! You saved our family vacation!

If you get towed don't be surprised if your car is put up for auction with in a day or two. They will throw your stuff away too.

Fees, fees, and more fees. Schmit Towing will take you for all they can. I'm not mad for being towed--sucks but whatever that's my fault. I'm mad because of all the fees Schmit Towing tacks on to squeeze every dime out of you. I got towed on Friday night, went there on Saturday at 2:30 to get my car--$259.00, to find out they close at noon on Saturdays (after busy Friday nights?) even though there's still someone there they'll charge you an extra $50 because they're "closed" (they close early on purpose to charge you the extra $50). So I said, f-it, waited till Sunday when they were officially open only to find out they had charged me $35 to let it sit over night. Oh and also they charged me $35 the moment it hit the lot on Saturday. Then they charged me $20 to use a card instead of cash-- they use Square to swipe cards which is a 2.75% fee on their end, so they made an extra $12 off me. Just a sh**ty way to treat someone who just had their car towed. ... And since you had the nerve to get on here and defend yourself. Yes, there are fees whenever services are rendered, but you decide what those fees are, the rate at which they're applied, how you communicate them, and how accessible your business is to meet your customer's needs--and at every point you've chosen to take advantage of the situation resulting in a piss poor customer experience. You have little to no communication for me as the customer as far as how I'm being charged, what fees I've already accrued, or how fees will be applied in the future. You deliberately set up the customer to act without information, so you can prey upon the confusion and fall back on your fee structure and demonize your customers when they become upset. I don't appreciate the "because you said you absolutely had to have the car"--I'll tell you right where you can shove that condescending bullsh*t. I was infinitely more upset with dealing with you than I was having my car towed. Follow honest, transparent business practices and own up to your decisions to reduce future negative reviews.

Came in reasonable time to get my keys out of my car before work. Your my tire heros!

The service was horrible. They damaged my car while towing it. And when I asked the towing guy, he told me not to tell him how to do his job. The towing company did not take a responsibility for the damage on my car. The staff was very rude, condescending and racist.

The AC quit on my Tacoma. Called in the morning and they got me in at 1pm. They found and fixed the problem and had me back on the road in record time. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Would definitely go back. Highly recommended.

Had my car towed from the parking lot, so I don't like this place. It was my fault so I'm not mad they did their job, I'm mad I got towed. I called in the morning and asked what time they opened was told 12 showed up at 12, sat and waited for over an hour. Called the number again talked to someone they said we don't open until 1, could be worse. The real problem though is I have watched them come to my apartment complex several times at least 5 I was up to watch them. I noticed them tow cars out of the lot and a short time later bring them back and park them where they were before. They seem to do this alot and I'm not sure why they do. Everyone I have seen them take and bring back has had a parking pass visible. Oh well.

Was stuck in the middle of the night, in the middle of nowhere in a snow storm. Well's Towing wasn't quite sure where we were, but instead of turning around stayed out in the snow storm and found us and brought us home. Highly recommend there towing service.
