Towing

I have unfortunately had to use AAA services a few times this year. Yesterday the battery needed to be charged, I think 1 or 2 of the fuses may need to be replaced. In the past I have had to wait the full hour and then told longer watching the truck sitting in one spot the entire time. But yesterday the tow driver was here so quickly I wasn't even ready for him. He jumped my battery and was off. He told me that some drivers will wait the hour which is diffucult at times if u need to be somewhere and poor customer service. This driver was awesome. Of all the times I've had to use AAA this was the best experience I had. He was pleasant, professional, and jumped the battery in just a few minutes instead of making me wait for the hour like I usually have to. Please thank him and I recommend you take care of employees like him, he's the type of worker who will get you more business by word of mouth and his dedication to his job as well as your customers.

Best service ! They are amazing!

Modzelewski's was so helpful during a very upsetting time. My car had been totaled, not by me, and they were so helpful and understanding. I have been wanting to write this for awhile because I believe in great customer service...and that is what I received from them. Thank you everyone at Modselewski's.

Best service, very nice and friendly!

I called for helping getting vehicles who parked illegally on my property and was yelled at “told that we don’t do that - despite them doing just that a month ago. Won’t be calling them again.

Great little shop for a road trip stop.

great cars and great service! recommend to any future buyers

After waiting over an hour for whoever CAA called, my husband and I called Misner Towing. They came in 10 minutes and were so extremely friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend them if you're looking for a tow.

Very good service and very honest.

Fast service and response time, fair prices and very friendly staff. Highly recommend these guys.

Went here about 2 months ago due to my car having an issue that needed to be addressed right away. Proserve ended up being the closest place available. Steve the owner was very accommodating and showed me what was wrong with my car. Steve also explains things very well and has reasonable prices. I ended up switching to proserve from my previous mechanic because of how great an experience it was.

They need to learn how to park in a public parking lot... taking up 3 spots right outside Eastgate mall in the rain so others need to walk further... ass hat

Good location
