Towing

great service . i have always taken my vehicles to frank brown. they are honest. i don't trust anyone else.

exceptional customer service and fair prices. saved me from sinking more money into a dying car. who does that these days!?! The awesome folks at Wheelfind! that's who!

Great place to buy a car

definitely recommend kiki towing! After my accident he took my car to the collision shop where I wanted my car to be fixed... and the driver gave me a ride home so I wasn't stranded after my accident! Will use again! A+++++

They helped me out of jam, their driver was polite and patient answering all my questions, I would recommend to my family and friends

Not a good company at all. Not professional in the slightest. Takes a very long time to send out a tow truck to help. Also didn't have cables on the truck at all.

Joe was absolutely amazing with very reasonable pricing I would definitely recommend his services !!!!!!!!!

Had to get my car towed late last night, Dean was awesome, super fast, and professional, even diagnosed my car before he took it to my mechanic's 😂

Family business even though it was my fault they had to tow me .since they work for the tonawanda police department. But was willing to work with me.

I have used them several times I highly recommend their services Professional fair-priced quality work prompt service

Told us Roadside Service 1 hour..okay fine an hour and 20 minutes my husband calls them..he will be there in 15 to 20 minutes..almost an hour later still does not show up. Thankfully the local police were kind enough to give my husband a ride to the parts store. Sorry excuse for a company!

Great group of guys and awesome service

I think anyone who has negative reviews about this guy is quite frankly crazy because he is the nicest sweetest man he told me a half-hour and was way faster than that and he's a really sweet nice guy who is very fast and efficient and good at what he does five stars all around if I'm ever in Tonawanda strand it again I will be calling him

Great customer service

Extremely rude staff. They caused the majority of the damage to my vehicle and then had the gaul to offer me repair services to fix it.

While traveling thru Buffalo we broke down. CAA/AAA connected us with this tow and shop and the experience was fantastic. They had us in, diagnosed and on our way in no time. While waiting we met three regular customers who spoke very highly of this shop. I think they deserve the five stars and then some. Most Thankful for their care that day. Third generation of caring people servicing their communities and it shows. Love this shop. I am from Canada but if needed, I would not hesitate to revisit. Oh....made me a fresh pot of coffee and it was great shop coffee....Oxo

Here at Northern Clearing we used their service to tow our class 8 trucks several times. Always been timely, and yes it hasn't been cheap but what do you expect when a $600,000 tow truck is pulling a 100,000 lb broke down log truck.

The most cranky guy imaginable. He was also unprepared to do the job he was called to do.
