We had an "exceeds expectations" experience with B&B after breaking down on I-91. Jay arrived promptly and took a lot of care with loading our vehicle so that our wheel wouldn't fall off. He was friendly and professional. He even helped us get a ride all the way to our home with Doug, a B&B employee who lives in our area. Jay and Doug were a huge help to us. Thank you both!!

Just want to mention that Joyce is a perfect fit for her job. Totally went out of her way to give me the options that best fitted me. And was helpful and willing to go through all her options and make sure i got what i needed in a short time frame with my instant situation. I forget what the mechanics name was he was very pleasant as well. Truly made me want to work there. Thank you for your kindness Joyce i really needed that.

Très bon service suite à une panne avec notre VR. La remorque a ramené chez nous notre véhicule et la famille incluant notre chien. Une expérience inoubliable pour tous. Un chauffeur prudent, compétent et très aimable.
