Towing

Consumer beware! Dave Brown is very unprofessional. He was unable to provide a guaranteed estimate without an appointment but then refused to set an appointment to do provide the estimate. ???? Was effectively told on the phone “we don’t want your business.” Don’t worry Mr. Brown you will never get my business in the future. I took my vehicle elsewhere and feel very lucky I didn’t do any further business with Mr. Brown. Update: Owner’s Response below doesn’t address the issue, but that’s par for the course.

The AC quit on my Tacoma. Called in the morning and they got me in at 1pm. They found and fixed the problem and had me back on the road in record time. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Would definitely go back. Highly recommended.

Me and my family got stuck in the middle of the bay of fundy provincial park. It was a Sunday and it was Kevin’s day off. But he got up and came to help us. Kevin was calm, loaded us in and got us and the family mini van to where we needed to go. Highly recommend! Thank you Kevin! You saved our family vacation!

Kevin and Kevin, what can I say! Our family of four we're on the way with our camper to PEI for our family vacation on a Sunday when suddenly we lost the tire off the camper. CAA put us in touch with the Kevins, who in an amazing amount of time showed up, put a spare on so that it could be pulled onto a flatbed and towed back to the shop so they could repair the remaining problem with the leaf spring breaking. They tracked down two new tires for me on a Sunday afternoon and even took parts off of their own trailer to get us on the road, thank you thank you thank you!

Newly renovated and looks great food is good also. I visit here frequently

My experience with City-Wide Towing is a 10/10. Will P. came out on one the coldest days of the year and made sure the job was done right. I can’t thank this team enough for taking care of my car and of me when I needed them.

The worst experience I have ever had with towing. These people are rude and act as if they are doing you a favor by towing your car. The guy had a major attitude and refused to tow my car less than 10 miles away, they rather tow it to their tow yard so that you can pay additional charges. They tell you one price then charge you more. I wrote a certified complaint letter to the owner, David Morton, and it showed that it was received, but he never responded. I called his office in Rockville, still ignored. The poor treatment of their customers is obviously the culture there. Don't get fooled by the shiny trucks. They are terrible!

Not a surprise but all tow yards are hustlers.

USAA put me in touch with Superior via Agero, their towing provider. They didn't show during the 2 hr window, nor that evening, nor the next day at all. No call, either. This reflects on Superior, Agero, and on USAA itself.

Russell is a great mechanic and is more affordable than most shops. He does an oil change for 10 bucks u buy the stuff. Hes worked on my cars for years, hes also a great guy!

Not professional at all, snakes is a good word if you like car do not call them

These guys were great. I had a smashed up car that we needed to fit into a storage locker in town because of an insurance issue. Made a call to them, they showed up within 5 minutes with 2 trucks to figure it out. They worked on it for about an hour until they finally got the car into the unit, and the cost was less than what I was expecting. The two drivers were friendly, light-hearted, and made the whole situation quite amusing. I know folks generally don't like tow companies, especially big ones, but this experience was a good one.

Came promptly to 23N and changed out the rear dual tires on my mother’s RV for a spare and then led her to the tire place. I am very happy with the service from Sakstrup’s!

Great service and no trouble getting a loaner.
