My experience with Terry and this garage is over 10 years. In that period of time he has serviced 3 different cars, helped us out innumberable times with various issues, and sold us a car. We have always found their service to be OUTSTANDING and their fees reasonable.

Svitzer Canada love to under cut any rules to gain business. Do not care about any national standards. Total contrast what they say and what actually happens on the field. No regard whatsoever for their employees.

Recently purchased a new vehicle here. My experience with this dealership has been so far so good. Remains to be seen if their customer service and appreciation is any better than the rest.
Rackology
3125 Kempt Rd, Halifax, Nova Scotia, B3K 5N6, Canada
I just wanted to toss out a huge shout-out and thank-you to the crew at Rackology on Kempt Road in Halifax, who helped me get jammed bicycle rack off my car, refused to accept payment for their time, and it wasn't even one of their racks! I will definitely return for my next rack.
U-Haul Trailer Hitch Super Center of Dartmouth
456 Windmill Rd, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, B3A 1J7, Canada
Booked and paid for a hitch installation online for the next day. Manager called in the morning as I was leaving for the appointment that they were booked, and their next opening wasn't until the following week. Their website still had openings available much sooner..
Now the refund will not be processed for 3 - 5 business days.
They shouldn't be taking payment for services and products they can't fulfill.
Don't trust the online reservation, call the store.
