Towing

For the last 11 years I have been going to Spotless Auto for all my used vehicle needs, be it either buying a vehicle or having repairs done. I like to try different vehicles out every few years to see what suits me and what doesn't. In that time I have tried a Chevy S10 pickup truck, Pontiac Sunfire, Chevy Cobalt, and now a Dodge Journey. All 4 vehicles were excellent and affordable for different times in my life (I'm 30 now) and I've had very few if any problems. During my experiences driving these vehicles there were a few minor things that needed to be replaced, such as a timing belt on my truck, electric window motor in my car, burnt out head light and wheel bearing in the cobalt but these types of repairs are quick, easy and cheap (to be expected on a vehicle that is 5-10 years old). Whether you need to buy a vehicle and get to meet Steve (who is down to earth and a man of his word) or need work done and meet Michelle and Dave, you'll always walk away confident that your money was well spent. Michelle is extremely efficient and accommodating. She makes you feel like you're part of the family, like a friend. Michelle is willing to go the extra mile to make sure your vehicle is done right and on time with no hidden expenses. Dave will inform you of areas you may want to keep an eye on for the future during his inspections so that you know the condition of your vehicle and won't have any unpleasant future surprises. I'm not a mechanic, and he knows that my knowledge of vehicles only stems so far, so he will explain (and even show me) where a problem is coming from when I bring it in so that I understand it completely. Spotless Auto is the only place I trust when it comes to the safety of my vehicles for both myself, family and friends. I strongly urge anyone to pay them a visit and experience it for yourself, you won't regret it. My SUV looks great guys! Thank you so much for all that you do.

These guys saved us on the side of the road after CAA left us there for three hours. My car lug nuts would not come off, and the truck driver left twice to source different tools to resolve the issue. Had it not been for his persistence we would have had to have been flat bedded home and left without a vehicle for the weekend. I’m grateful.

My first time ever getting into an incident on the highway was terrifying. And normally I would shoo off any tow truck driver that came to be vipers at the scene. Metro One however, had the most interpersonable people I have ever met. Not only did they tow my car out of kindness , they also help me get set up with a rental, fixed my car with AMAZING quickness, and gave me DAILY personal calls to update me on the status. They’re the best company you could go to for anything. Especially because they cover everything automotive.

Very friendly and good price. I highly recommend this place.

Great guys!

Was in a really tight and big rush to get a golf kart delivered today. Nobody could do it but A1 wad so awesome and nice! They said they would arrive in 30 seconds! They were by far the best rate offered and the driver was soo nice and friendly. Really helped me out today and for that i am going to recomend them to everyone!

Would just like to share my extremely positive experience with Sharkeys. I was in a scary situation on the side of a highway and late for my second job and extremely upset. The receptionist at Sharkeys was kind and empathetic and kept me up to date. The driver arrived quickly and was very nice and helped me get on my way quickly. Great service and wonderful customer service. Thanks all!

Amazing service. I had to go through 2 horrible tow companies who clearly didnt know how to do their job. When mez arrived on scene, he knew exactly what to do to get my car out of the road. My rack steering wheel was damaged, could not move it but he figured things out. Pricing was fair. For the quality and care given from these guys its worth it.

Best tow guy ever ...truck13

Not my first time using Abrams. Class act , very professional. And an all around great experience.

These guys are bang on. Very professional and fast

FERAS

Highly recommend. Amazing rates. Ran into an unfortunate situation super early this morning coming home from a friends and all my studs had snap causing my tire to come off. My car was on the ground. Justin from Express towing showed up quick. He knew exactly what he was doing, was extremely nice, and beyond helpful to my situation. Took every extra step of caution to insure my car was towed safely and no further damage was caused. Very greatful in making the call to this company.

Lohnes' Towing was highly recommended to me and they didn't disappoint me. Lohnes' Towing arrived in minutes.

Good guys. Been going there for the last year, seem honest. Better than the gougers at Crappy Tire

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Galaxy Towing. Special thanks to Sean, for the patient and caring assistance with my crashed car last week. You helped me tremendously during this stressful time. Insurance finally cut me my settlement check and I am on my way to buying a new car. I am deeply appreciative of all the guidance you provided me with through this headache. I highly recommend their service to all.
