Towing

Great bunch of guys

Super nice people. Great experience here! Very friendly and helpful with my car.

Very pleasant experience. Repaired our vehicle, ahead of schedule and the best part was they detailed (cleaned) our very messy car for free. Pure value-added service and a pleasant experience. Edit: had to amend as our car still squeaks and groans from the fit of the repair. Quite annoying but the experience was pleasant and they went above and beyond with the car detailing.

Had a horrible experience at Bemac. When I called my insurance to get my car repaired after an accident, they referred me to the closest garage which was Bemac. I initially booked a meeting with a guy called Vince to have get my vehicle estimate for the damages and when I got there they were closed! I rescheduled and was able to meet with them a few days later. Vince, the guy that took pictures of my car never sent my insurance company the quote, after one week I called them mid-day and they were not answering their phones! Called them the week after and still no answer I even left a voicemail. I eventually called my insurance after almost 3 weeks of waiting and switched to another garage immediately. Don't ever go here, their customer service is AWFUL!

Very impressed with the quality of service and professionalism

Above & Beyond Exceptional Service (something many have forgotten) When our truck broke down on our way up to our big snowmobile trip of the year, its was absolute disappointment and frustration when we saw smoke pouring from the bottom of the truck. We get out and sit on the side of the road, with a leaking transmission cooler line. Dead truck and trailer. Ridiculous problem to have right now. (A broken clip we later find at dealership) After a couple calls back and forth I get the call that made this company exceptional. First, they need to tow my full size pickup and 30' trailer to our destination. That was real far. They told me they could not take us all in the one truck and we're not getting a cab either. Knowing this they already have a plan. These guys brought their loaner vehicle to us (that they give customers when they go to their shop for repairs), they loaded my truck on the flat deck, and then hooked up my trailer and away we go. This awesome team let us drive to the hotel, they arrived and dropped the trailer at the hotel, then drove to drop the truck off at the dealership, and then came back and loaded the car on the flat deck and back to their shop. Guys you saved our snowmobile trip, saved my truck, and showed me that there are still outstanding companies out there going above and beyond what is expected today. Thank you very much for the quick response, fast communication, and a fast strategy to get us fixed. I would recommend Griffith Towing and Recovery. I will use their example of spectacular service to tell others through my years. Great job all around. Again, many thanks guys.

Whenever we are stuck in north bay (or need a start or get access to a locked car) we call Griffith Towing!

Great family owned business, fast service and great prices!

Mid state towing was very fast to arrive and pleasant to deal with. My car was extremely difficult to unlock with a dead battery and electrically actuated doors, but the service provider didn't give up and worked to get it open all while being upbeat. I would use them again without hesitation! Thank you so much!!!

Showed up quick, friendly service, great job.

Everyone there is really helpful. Especially Greg the tow truck driver.

They have no problem towing your truck and trailer and when you try to pay to get your trailer released they refuse to take your money because of course they would rather charge insurance daily ontop of your ridiculous towing charges! Please look elsewhere when searching for towing.

Locked my keys in my car, Mike got to me 20 minutes earlier than expected and had my keys out in 30 seconds. Very nice and professional!!! Great service!

Jimmies is a great place full of terrific people! Anytime I have a needed them they have been ready at a moments notice to help whether it was fix my horse trailer or get a battery in my truck at 11 o’clock at night.

Very fast service even on a late night call and fair prices was there when other 24 hour services you got a message or very expensive and took to long thanks Akenbrandts

Even after hours, tech stayed until i cud get there to buy a tire after i got a flat coming into town! Best customer service and prices around

Mike, the tow truck driver, was amazing!! He went above and beyond for me getting my van out during the blizzard of 2022. I could not have asked for a better, more professional man to help me!
