Travel Agency

Marlena was incredibly helpful in finding the right location for us for our honeymoon. She took all our wants and needs into account and gave us a lot of options to choose from. Even when we narrowed it down, she looked into recent reviews to let us know about construction happening at our first choice and helped us find new options right away. She will 100% be the person we go to anytime we plan on travelling!

good place to visit at summer and winter

Great service, manager was there helping people in line while the person at the desk was busy.

We just came back from our first Disney Vacation. I decided to go to Magical Dream Journey because I had no idea where to start, and didn't want to miss out on anything. Danielle was so helpful in making sure we got the best deal, making all reservations, and helping me plan our activities so we could get the most out of our trip. Even when we got back, and I had a small problem with my memory maker, Danielle was so quick to resolve it for me. Highly recommend!

Great welcome.

Super friendly owners and family oriented place!! I would definitely bring my family here again!!

Just returned from a well-planned, excellent trip to Newfoundland. High standards of accommodation, a variety of activities each day, nicely busy, really good meals, excellent local guides and experiences, and flexible timing of site visits when weather was challenging. Janet was very knowledgeable and Paul a great driver. Both were very approachable. The bus itself was extremely comfortable, and baggage transfers were handled efficiently. If we were to ever travel again, we would choose them.

Very friendly service. We had some unfamiliar charges show on our joint charge account for travel expenses unrelated to our travel. Our agent, Rick, phoned us on his day off after I called & explained the situation to Susan, the other agent in the office. Our funds were refunded within two months. Most of our trip was super. All glitches were nothing to do with Kawartha Lakes TravelPlus nor anything they could do anything about. Everything we asked for was arranged and each location was expecting us. Asked if I would refer friends or family (and I was not asked), YES I would recommend K.L.TP. & would use their services again.

What a GREAT travel agency! Kelly is helping us plan our 1st family getaway! She is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough with planning out the details of our trip. I'll never book online by myself, again!

Andrea is wonderful. You will not find better service and price anywhere. Thank you Andrea for all your help and expertise can't wait to book next vacation.

Just want to say that Linda Francis at C Wagonlit in Peterborough is phenomenal . Nothing is too much trouble ... She is so fantastic ... especially with helping to connect flights when overseas etc ... and in every way ... Catherine
