DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! While the flight staff are kind enough, the administration and ownership do not deserve your business. Unprofessional, RUDE. Air Canada deserves your business more than these people.

I usually book my travel through fight centre. This location has lots of parking and a helpful staff.

Very friendly service. We had some unfamiliar charges show on our joint charge account for travel expenses unrelated to our travel. Our agent, Rick, phoned us on his day off after I called & explained the situation to Susan, the other agent in the office. Our funds were refunded within two months. Most of our trip was super. All glitches were nothing to do with Kawartha Lakes TravelPlus nor anything they could do anything about. Everything we asked for was arranged and each location was expecting us. Asked if I would refer friends or family (and I was not asked), YES I would recommend K.L.TP. & would use their services again.

That's great place to watching salmon return.

When you need any informations around that area you can freely visit. Staff are very nice.

I booked a family trip to Mexico with Nita last week. She was honest about what she thought of certain resorts and didn't try to upsell me on anything. She also promptly clarified all the invoice details for my family when questions arose. Great service!

I went on the cruise with this company. Everything was organized fast and seamless.
