Although we had a group of 10 wanting to fly to Punta Cana during Christmas. The agent appeared disinterested and more concerned about leaving for the night. We left our name and number and never heard back from her.

The lady is nice, that's the only good thing I can say for this company. Had to remind them for every detail on payments or my friend had to contact us to warn us of due dates. Hours are a joke, no service qualities what so ever. We required immediate help for traveling to Dominican and we supplied the number for the general commerce of VENEZUELA. Do it yourself, a million less headaches then they create.

Small station, bus was late but the staff was friendly and they didn't charge me extra for my one small extra checked bag. Thank you it was very much appreciated. They should invest in more outlets or charging stations for passenger use only so we can charge our devices in preparation since it's unknown until the bus arrives whether it's an old bus or new, old busses don't have power outlets.

Roadtrip. Quick stop to stretch legs and enjoy the view, led to a short excursion around the center. We learned that they have an interesting program. For example, you found a feather, few interesting looking rocks, a piece of dry moss, etc, while visiting Ontario. Now, bring all these treasures to Lake of the Woods Discovery Center, contact stuff and present them your findings, indicating places where you found them, and you gonna get some points in return. What can you do with these points? Depends on amount of the points, you could walk away with beautiful polished Lapis Lasuli, Hematite, Blue Tiger Eye, Red Tiger Eye, Amethyst, Malachite....they have a lot of beautiful rocks there. You can even get fossilized fragment of Sahara Desert Sugar Starfish... and be among few Canadians who has it in their collection. Cool idea that helps you to learn a bit about world around, makes kids to look around instead of their phones, also this information helps scientists to define area of the habitat of a certain species.
