Travel Agency

They have no machine to take a credit card payments. They Insist on writing credit card numbers and expiry dates on paper with your signature If lost, your card could be used improperly. This is a stupid practice. Don't agree to it. Ended up cancelling my holiday because they were unable to process my payment securely. The travel agent offered no value added. The travel agent looked up on his computer publicly available information. Any reasonably intelligent person can do the job the agent did without any training. The hours of operation are terrible. The agent was inaccessible to me. I'm sorry that I went to this agent. I lost my booking. I could have booked the holiday easily myself. The agent turned out to be a nuisance to deal with.

Awesome flight school with great instructors, also offers sightseeing tours and crop spray services.

Would not recommend to anyone. Tian Bao Travel quotes different customers different prices. Stay away

Barbara Hockin is the best consultant we ever had the pleasure of booking with! While me and my sisters knew we wanted to give our parents a cruise trip for their 25th anniversary, we knew nothing about cruising! Luckily we got in touch with Barbara and she helped us with EVERY tiny detail possible. The trip was quite extensive and complicated but Barbara was ever patient with all of our question and super helpful and honest! For first time cruisers my parents were able to confidently go and enjoy their trip and they had an amazing time, they're totally hooked! If it wasn't for Barbara I know the trip would not have been the major success it was so I totally recommend her to any cruisers who are looking for some guidance and expert advice!

The website shows pictures of Korean models and actresses. The service is perfunctory. Nothing therapeutic about the experience on any level.

We've not been on our trip yet, but if the customer service thus far is any indication, we are in for an amazing experience. Special thank you to Rachel Zhang for assisting with an urgent travel need and keeping me informed along the way. Very pleased with interactions so far!

Prices are good, but their visa service is horrible. We booked a tour and airfare here and they didn't give us any of the details for us to fill in the Chinese visa. Wasted a trip to their office.

公司服務細心很好👍
