Travel Agency

watch out for this company, I went on one trip with them and paid for two, because they are crooks!!

After an amazing trip last April, I just booked my second trip to Bonaire through Caye Dive & Travel. Karen is extremely professional, organized and resourceful. Her knowledge and experience are invaluable, from planning right down to little tips and tricks she shares for to make the trip carefree.

Great service! Best Prices!

We had booked a holiday in Punta Cana at a brand new resort a few weeks ago. Since booking the reviews on tripadvisor had varied from good to horrible. Many many reports of illness among the guests. My wife and I voiced our concerns to Suzanne at Marlin Pickerin town centre. She worked tirelessly to get our resort changed. As of today 4 days before departure she did just that. We are going on the same day same flight but to a different resort. Thanks also need to go out to Jasmine the Sunwing rep who heard our concerns and acted. Outstanding!!!!. You can do your online bookings if you like but you cannot beat the one to one service offered through a real agent. And this agent in particular!!! Susanne you are brilliant!! We will go nowhere else from now on (God help you)😉

👎🏻

Used their service to get an Indian evisa on an urgent basis, very well executed in one business day against the Indian government site that requires 4 days for processing. I will recommend their service

Dennis and his team at JBC Travel were very accommodating in helping me obtain Japan Rail Passes when I had a tight timeline. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a successful trip.

I was so impressed by Rachel. She has the patience of a saint. She's very understanding and is incredibly flexible and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again.

Good customer services.
