Travel Agency

Ben and I had a great experience working with the travel agent at Marlin Travel, Jim Nikiforos in the past year for planning our wedding destination in Cuba. Starting in January 2014, Jim was approachable and detail-oriented which we admire in a travel agent. He was able to obtain various quotes in helping us to decided which airline and hotel to choose and explains the rationale behind it. He was great in facilitating the group quotes and responding to each of our guest in a timely manner. Our guests have commented on how quickly he responded to their questions or any comments they raised with regards to travelling to Cuba. He made the process very smooth and easy to follow. He is great with providing us with the updates throughout the 12 months. I cannot describe how grateful we are to have Jim as our travel agent (and wedding destination specialist) for the last 12 months dealing with initial deposit, final payments, medical/travel insurance and any issues with rooms/flight seating. I would definitely recommend him for any future travelling plans you may have. It's been a pleasure working with Jim and will continue to have him as our travel agent for future travels. You rarely ever see this kind of quality in the travel agent where they do take the time to listen to you, resolve any issues you may have and to go above and beyond. 5+ stars goes out to Jim. Cheers, Katie & Ben Wedding destination at Melia Las Amercias in Varadero, Cuba (travelled from December 19, 2014 to December 26, 2014) with Holidays Transat.

He screw up the names and charge ppl for his mistake. never go again.

Really nice, booked our trip to Cuba here, first time travelers and they really made the whole trip easy! And the puppy is cute too !

Thank you Paul for making our booking experience so easy. We were pleasantly surprised when he beat internet pricing on our trip to Malta. The Gove Family

Friendly people very helpful and goes the extra mile for the client

Too bad there is no Zero Stars...or better yet...minus, because the level of service is utterly appalling.

I had a very good experience booking my cruise with Albert Zamir at the Vaughan location. Great customer service!

It was a pleasure arranging my travel plans with the Flight Centre Promenade. The agents i spoke with were outstanding and would recommend them to anyone seeking advice about their travel plans.

I have used them on several occasions for personal and business travel They are very courteous and professional. I will highly recommend try them out Good luck!
