The best dive charter I have ever been on. SUPER friendly, very informative, and all around great experience. Will definitely dive with Pat again!

We went in to book a destination wedding and were given brochures. We sat down and they told us they would work on a few different options we could choose from. Our email and phone contact info were taken. We didn't hear from them for over a week so we decided to call and ask what was up. During the call, we were informed that the lady who was supposed to be working on our booking, had a death in the family. We then asked if it would be better for someone else at sears travel to take care of our booking and They said "no it will be good for her to be busy." So we were told she would be calling us asap. Another week and a half went by and I decided to call again. Nobody answered so we left a message for them to call us asap. They never did get back to us. I can't believe they are still in business.

I have booked a few trips with the Sarnia, ON office and have been extremely satisfied with the level of customer service received. They managed to book a last minute vacation to New Orleans when our trip to Iceland was cancelled due to a valcano eruption, they managed to coordinate a same day booking from multiple departure airports for our group. I have used them for 2 other large group vacations and they have been excellent at coordinating everyone's needs. I am very pleased with the work Becky has done for us to book our vacations! FYI this is the person to see if you're planning a trip to Disney she has a lot of tips about how to get the most out of a Disney vacation.

She took care of every little detail for us and we were able to have our dream holiday to Australia and New Zealand without a worry. We had 11 different flights to get us everywhere we wanted to go over a 6 week time frame. We have known Becky since she was born and I was sure she could do a great job. My visit here was a quick in and out with my partner, but they were timely and kind.

Very impressive scenery and landscapes. Boat tours are nice but a little pricey. The boats get you up close to the shores of flower pot island where you can see the rocky coastline and crystal clear beaches. Nearby Tobermory has great eateries with local whitefish fish and chips at reasonable prices. Definitely worth visiting.

Absolutely beautiful hikes. Rock get super slippery makes the moderately ranked hikes pretty tough if rains. What you need to know though is you have to reserve parking in advanced because they only let a certain amount of cars in every 4 hours. So we got there at 12 and they were full. But from 1-5 they had an open time slot and we got in then..

Just a great place to stay very quiet and right on the St. Lawrence. Love staying there and watching the ships pass. The folks that own/manage Docteurs Cottages are just wonderful and the grounds are pristine
