Friendly staff and got us a nice vacation but if your a vet do some research first...

Walking into the store was like walking back in time. They have over 100,000 books. Sorted into like topics. They have ice cream and milkshakes made at an old soda fountain complete with stools. Reminds me of my Grandfather's house. Stop in if you get a chance.

Theresa is a fraud and screws over veterans and first responders. She departs from the truth and blames others for her ineptness. This travel agent is beyond incompetent and does not follow through with what she says. She uses fun jet which has sub par ratings. I would NOT recommend this travel agent for anything, you are better off planning your trip yourself.

Great company

Back in the end of October, and the beginning of November of 2012, I traveled to Florida with this tour group. About 30 people, and 2 of my friends from Schenectady ARC went with me. It is a travel agency located in Liverpool, N.Y. which is northwest of Syracuse for people with developmental disabilities. My visit to Florida (Walt Disney World) with Tulip Travel was single handedly the worst experience that I had in my entire life. One of the escorts from Tulip Travel that went to Florida with me, and other people was horribly, and incessarily being very rude to me, just like if she treated me like a [5 or a 10-year old] child, instead of a 48-year old grown-up adult, e.g., like what happened one night at the hotel we stayed at in Orlando when I had a second cup of soda, she took it away from me (grabbed it out of my hand very fast), just like if she were to punish me for nothing I did not do just like if she does to a child when he or she is a very bad person just about before being punished, which is almost like being abusive to a disabled person, and after that I was in a little panic attack, but I calmed myself down, so I can enjoy the rest of my vacation there. My problem with that escort, that she was very strict, who caused an attitude to other people like me, and she had no respect for other people who enjoyed their vacations, and was like being abusive to me when she grabbed that cup of soda away from me, and Tulip Travel should have been sued for that, and to me, that was way out of control. I have never seen anything like this while on vacation in Florida before, and something like this would have ruined my vacation in Florida in Orlando if they were to punish me. After what happened that time, I will never, ever travel with, or choose Tulip Travel again. I would rather travel with People & Places instead, because the escorts there are much nicer then Tulip Travel. Choose People & Places if I were you, I would not recommend Tulip Travel, if anything, choose People & Places instead, because Tulip Travel is the worst travel agency [for people with developmental disabilities] in the entire state of New York that I can possibly imagined. My advise, I REPEAT, my advise: don't ever go to or send someone with developmental disabilities to this belligerent travel agency - EVER!! and forget it!! when going on a vacation. That escort who treated me like a child while I was in Florida who grabbed that cup of soda out of my hand should have been fired, or even lose her job, which to me was almost like client abuse, and then she would have been unfit to be on a job at Tulip Travel for working with people with developmental disabilities to become an escort for doing something like that to a disabled person. Her boss, who hired her should have fired her from her escort job at Tulip Travel for being abusive to other people who have a developmental disability while they enjoyed their vacation. I would have, or wanted to sue Tulip Travel for damages, and for emotional distress after what happened while I was in Florida with them (when I went to Disney World). I would rate Tulip Travel between 1 and 10 (1 - excellent to 10 - dissatisfied). I give Tulip Travel a 10.
