Very fun

This is a SCAM!!!!! went on November 4, 2017 John Adams gave a great presentation on what they offer we asked about a group trip the we are planning with family and asked if e could use the product he said yes I also made it know to him that the group rate had a payment plan and he said that that I would need to call their concierge number and that they would be able to work with us. I called the concierge and planed the trip which the date was November 14, 2017 after it took them a week to send the information that was needed for me to sign up. I ask if I could make payment arrangement and the rep said that I would have to email a request for that, I emailed a request did not answer my request in a return email instead they called me back on November 16 and told me that they do not offer payment arrangement that I would have to pay all cost up front and by my next trip I will have points that I could use.. The whole point of my husband and I being interested in the plan was that we could pay on trip monthly. Call John Adams on November 24, 2017 regarding the problem we asked if we could cancel and get a charge back of $1245.00 that was charge on our cc he refused to give a charge back but offered to take $2000.00 off our first trip on November 29,2017 (TODAY). What since does that make I want a charge back on my cc and not pay the cc company. I opened case will cc company and I will fight to the end to get my money back..... llg

Do not use this agency. I have waiting over a year and 7 month for my passport. I think they stole my money. I have called them more then a dozen time and left messages they will not return my calls. I'm super angry with these people are the worst they take the money of those of us that don't have to just lose 650 dollar to some crook.
