I stayed for 3 nights at the Campbell Hills Guest Ranch. It was a great experience, the food was really good, very nice people and a very beautiful location. It is a very special pleace to be. Lot of knowloge about horses and natural horsemenship, they take care very good of the horses and of the guests. After 3 days i did not want to leave so good was it! I really can recommended this beautiful horse ranch!!

This is a must place to visit! From the old buildings (some original) to the costumes and the actors maintaining their role as a real character that had lived in this area back in the day.
I was very impressed with the entire place and all the activities. You need at least two days to get to see most buildings and events.

What a wonderful spot! Our family visited in July 2018. There is a small gift shop building, open air tent to pan for gold, Mr Halymore's home (not safe to wake inside) at a great near-river site. Check the hours because they have limited hours (may be closed on Tuesday and Wednesday).
Another reviewer commented negatively on being asked to leave after spending days using (abusing) the free wifi. Pro tip: it's a heritage site and gift shop, not a public library.

The milk is so ORGANIC!!! The tour is definitely recommended. Great for kids. The ice-cream is so creamy and delicious. The cows like it when they're being fed (you can feed them during the tour.) You actually get to touch the cows if you are brave enough. During the tour, you can see what the cows eat, how they get milked, the milking process, and the cows may just try to play with you.

Looks like a great visitor center. We stopped by on a Sunday afternoon, unfortunately they aren't open on weekends which is surprising considering its a tourist information center which would be open 7/days a week in my opinion.
