The team at Further Afield have been amazing. They have helped plan our last few vacations and they’ve hit the mark every time. They truly understood what was important to us (for our precious time off) and they got it right every time. Salam, there is a reason I did not rate the company 5 stars, please read comments in the end to learn some tips. The owner is a pleasure to work with as follows: Knowledge of business: very good Co-operation: very good Responsiveness: very good Professionalism: very good Hotel was good with big room and 4 beds. The seats at the airplane were carefully selected. Thanks Mahmood Bhai. However, the ground transportation in Jeddah is very unreliable. The driver did not show at the airport. We were stranded at Jeddah airport for almost one hour with no driver at the scene. I had to tip my porter heavily to help me with language barrier and communicate with different drivers and the contact person (company's driver) to arrange the ride. The designated driver cell was off and we had to contact him through what's app number. Finally we were taken to the hotel by a different driver, the company took the tab for the ride. Please take an unlocked cell phone with you and buy sim at the airport (if you could) to contact the driver. If you are staying in clock tower, then be ready to assume some administrative duties on behalf of the local driver. You need to call him well before time to remind him of your pick up time. You need to take the plate number from the driver and go to security on floor -2 just 30 minutes (or make your own judgement) before the arrival time. Give plate number to the security and ask them to inform the guards at security gates. I had to learn the hard way by heavily tipping the bell boy, who helped me with the procedure. He also made number of calls to the driver to make sure he arrives and enters the tower. The ground transportation was not the best. I called the owner after coming back and he assured to take suggestions and give it consideration. Thank you for listening Mahmood bhai. Hope our experience was just one time affair. Kindly.

I used to do all my travel planning on line by myself. When I wanted to go on an Alaskan cruise I decided it was time to have someone else do it for me. I worked with Rosanne Pino at the Flight Centre and she made everything so much easier for me. I have worked with her on my last few travel excursions and all of them ended up with me being very satisfied. I highly recommend using the Flight Centre and especially Rosanne for your travel planning.

Had an awful experience with Neil the business owner on our sailing vacation to the BVI's. He was rude, selfish, and had us sail in dangerous conditions that put the crew in danger. He yelled at one of the passengers, and was difficult to work with. He was not upfront with costs and we felt ripped off. He would teach us sailing after he drank too much the the night before so he was hungover. He was immature and unprofessional. I can not urge people enough not to spend their well earned money on a miserable vacation with this company.
