Still awaiting payment for checked baggage after eight months. *“I booked an all-inclusive package with Just Travel Deals through Mario Settino. Before traveling, Mario assured me multiple times via email and text that checked baggage was included. However, when I arrived at YYZ, I was told at the counter that checked baggage was not included and had to pay for it.
I immediately contacted Mario from the airport, and he acknowledged it was a mistake, asking me to send a photo of the receipt and promising that the issue would be taken care of. On my return trip, the same problem occurred and I had to pay again for checked luggage. I submitted both receipts as instructed.
Unfortunately, as of today, I have still not received a refund nor any communication from Just Travel Deals about resolving this. This experience has been very disappointing given the assurances I was provided prior to travel. I hope the company will address this issue promptly, as clear communication and honoring commitments are essential in the travel industry.”*
