Great travel agency!

Very helpful, kind and polite

Pretty bad experience. Took the flight technicians who put you in the flight just .02 seconds to ruin the whole experience. It's amazing that me and my wife, there on our honeymoon patiently allow a whole tour bus to cut us off and get in front of us in line. Then go from a 30 min wait to, who knows how long. But as we waited patiently on the trip we could see the last two parties of each group of 6 were always selected for the front seats. Well, up until it was our turn. When the flight technician decided he would choose two different people he felt were more worthy of the front and stuck me in the middle. I wouldn't be so pissed if there was consistency instead of the technicians discretion. Especially since it's luck of the draw, would be different if we had tried to manipulate the line or screw someone else out of it. After all that waiting we just happened to be lucky and be the last two of our group all that for just a slap in the face. Couldn't see anything worth while from the middle seat and the technicians seems to pride themselves on being terrible at their jobs. Won't be using this service again or recommending it to anyone else. If you can find another business I'd highly suggest it, I'm sure you'd get more for your money. I'll probably be challenging this one with my credit card company. Total rip off.

These guys are flakes. Ten days ago on Wednesday, April 05, 2017 we booked a tour of eight for this weekend Saturday April 22, 2017. Attempted to contact them by email, text and phone numerous times to firm up one of their pickup locations. No calls were returned and today they have informed us they are overbooked! That's eight people coming from various locations and having made arrangements to do so! Don't waste your time with them, we definitely won't be disappointed and inconvenienced like that again.

Absolutely gorgeous place a must to visit this peaceful place for every family. We were planning to visit this Lavender farm for a long time but always busy so when we finally found some time to visit ,we found out we came after hours. The owner was was so nice, he stopped his work (cutting grass) opened the store for us so we could buy few lavender's products and gave us a tour around the lake. Now we know we have to back there next year beginning of July when the lavender will be blooming again. Thank you Sir for the tour and sharing your knowledge with our family. If you like the idea of hanging meters above ice water then this is the attraction for you. It was a lot of fun and you get to see some really great views other than the falls. I would totally recommend this attraction. It would be nice if the car traveled slower or paused in the middle. The travel out and back in felt extremely short.

Do not go through these people. Birgit took a deposit for a cruise well in advance of a travel departure that was actually going to be charged by the cruise itself. When missing money was called out she has now taken over a year to pay it back with more and more creative "reasons" why she can't yet. so far there have been 4 cheques that have somehow gotten lost in the postal system. 1 "hold on her account" that took 2 months to "fix" since she claims it was compromised. promises of sending money that never materializes and various other delays. stay far away.
