Wonderful and supportive staff willing to assist in helping me deal with my debt situation. They even were glad to help when medical issues forced me to stop paying what I do owe for a time to allow me to properly recover. For those who want to get rid of their credit cards and can't stand the interest charges, I'd definitely recommend MNP.
