The emergency service at this clinic is excellent! The staff is nice and very sweet to my dog. I have been three times already, since my dog likes to eat anything she finds (ex: brownies). They don’t try to oversell anything, they truly have my dog’s best interest. They are also very sweet if you give them a call ahead to talk about any concern with your dog. I usually always call before driving to the clinic.

Les animaux son soigner avec délicatesse et le personnel est très chaleureux :) Seule bémol : les autres clients son parfois discriminatoire envers les gros chiens meme si le personnel les rassure a dir qu'ils son gentil !

Muy buena atención

Ma clinique depuis presque 20 ans. De toutes les cliniques de ma région celle-ci est MA clinique. La distance est plus longue mais j'ai envers eux une confiance absolue. Ayant plusieurs animaux, je dois les appeler et les voir régulièrement. Ils sont toujours disponibles, affables et dévoués.

Dre Vaillancourt est la meilleure vétérinaire que j'ai rencontrée - et j'ai vu plusieurs vets pour les nombreux chiens que j'ai eus dans ma vie.

I have been bringing my dogs here for along time now! Everyone there is so friendly. They treat your pets like they are thwre own.

When I brought my super sick kittens in, after being turned away from two vets offices - Tanneberger's brought me in within the four hours. The girl on the phone stayed patient with me and helped me as much as possible even though I was crying, and it was a little wait in the waiting room (understandable because it was PACKED) before we were seen. Even though my little man Apache died in the waiting room, Dr. John was very helpful and kind and assured me that it wasn't my fault and took away the guilt I was feeling because the kittens were very sick from before I had even rescued them. My mom has worked with Dr. Tony and for Tanneberger's before, and they've continued to be very good to us. I very much appreciate their hardwork, and we are soon to be transferring our vet files over to them from our closer vet.

J'ai fait faire un nettoyage dentaire et des extractions à mon petit kim, un yorkshire de neuf ans bien en vie mais qui avait de très mauvaises dents. J'ai apprécié les explications du docteur demers et je suis particulièrement contente du tarif décent
