Veterinarian

A few months since I been there but these people were great. Cheap appointment. My cat was really rough with bad mange and worms(I left her with a relative to waych bad idea) gave her a round of shots and set up future appointment now my fat house Monster happy and healthy. Love this place.

Kindest, most caring, affectionate, and empathetic staff we have ever known. From basic checkups, prescriptions, vaccines, and dental care to the unfortunate end of a pets' life; they have been there for us. Everyone here knows your pets name and treats them like their own. We have moved from Eastpointe, but we will not be changing Vets.

I was very sceptical to go to this clinic after reading reviews, but really the prices will surprise you, it is NOT more expensive comparing to other clinics. The only higher price I've seen was an initial assessment. Worth it !!!! Just came back from the clinic where my little Main Coon cat Max was treated with respect, knowledge, compassion and love. Dr. Kornya is AMAZING!!!!! Prices are not scary, considering the amount of work, skills and technology were used for assessing Max's health status. Just a few days prior I've paid little less than half of that amount for the horrible service and no tests at all in a different "cheap" clinic where Ranitidine injection cost me $ 99.00, and where my roaring cat was perceives as a tiger, misdiagnosed just because he is male and neutered ( means kidneys issues right away, isn't it?), where the doctor was afraid to touch him, was completely not listening to his history, every time being surprised with information that was provided few minutes ago. If it would not be me holding Max, even injections wouldn't be done. What's the difference with Maxes care in Etobicoke Emergency Hospital!!!! Dr. Kornya was so polite and knowledgeable. He was informing us about every single step that he was taking with diagnostic, was interpreting the results with visuals and explanations, offering more tests not because he was trying to charge us, but because they were needed ( I work in human medicine myself, so I see a professional when I see him/her). Now we are waiting for pathology results, hopefully it's not a cancer or something else horrible! Thank you to all team and especially Dr. Kornya.

Incredible facility all around. My dog needed surgery for a torn CCL and from the moment we arrived for the consult, I knew we were in good hands with Dr. Hewitt. I wouldn't hesitate to return here (although I hope we don't need to!)

I have been bringing Lola here for 8 years. Always friendly and gentle. Never push products or services on me that are not necessary. Compassionate staff. Always call to check-in after a visit and always willing to offer advice over the phone.

Amazing staff. So friendly and caring towards the animals. A sassy cat was such a good paitient there. They are steight to the point but also compassionate when needed. Great place

Great staff! They take care of your pets as if they were their own!

Honest, affordable vet care. The Dr. cares and doesn't push unneeded services. Best exoerience I've had in 20 years

Their first concern is squeezing from you as much money as possible. $310 for a 10 minute consult.... come on man.... You're better off going to the OVC Health Sciences Center instead which is farther. But their consultation fee is $175 and $50 for an eye examination. They also actually CARE for your pet. Genuinely. The clinicians at AEC on the other hand are just cold, soulless and phukin money hungry.

The Doctor and Staff are very kind and empathetic. The prices are also reasonable.

Caring, helpful and gave us loads of information. Our rats were taken care of with great knowledge and gentle hands.

We continue to have great care for our dogs from the vet, Dr. Bureau. She remains willing to listen to and answer questions. She responds to email questions and requests to order supplies. We recently had to euthanize our ill, elderly dogs, and Dr. Bureau was kind and respectful of us, and ensured that the procedure was as stress-free and painfree as possible for our pets. Fraser Macdonald Animal Hospital will continue to be our first choice for our vet.

A wonderful caring vet

Great care and service! We were given options and all costs up front so we could choose how we took care of our dog. Amazing!

Will not take my German Shepherd anywhere else. Friendly, love the fact they take walk-ins and will make house calls for end of life care for their clients.

Wonderful clinic. Caring and very nice staff.

Very nice service:)
