I have been taking my dogs to see Betty for almost 20 years. Reliable, caring, and I mean genuinely caring about my dogs and their wellbeing. Great staff, and Betty treats my dogs like they are her own.

Our poor pup wasn't doing very well, Dr. Jackie was amazing in explanation and advise. Our dog is doing well and has completely recovered. Awesome place to take your pet.

Super friendly nursing staff. Quick and to the point. We were in and out in about an hour.(without feeling like we were being brushed off or unimportant) had a great doctor! No complaints!

I have only had positive experiences as a customer in dealing with all natural meats. The meat is clean and of really good quality. the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. I feel a lot healthier when i eat from all natural eats vs eating meat from safeway, superstore, costco ect. Also less of an environmental footprint is made because the meat is from local farms so less fuel is used for transport.

They took great care of my poor kitten who broke her leg.

After having no help from other local vets, we finally got some answers and some long awaited relief for our cat's troubles. We were recommended by word of mouth, and will continue to do so whenever possible.

Staff here are caring and knowledgable. They treat your sick pets with the utmost respect. Even in difficult situations like euthanasia, their compassion is second to none.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This vet kept our cat for 12 days for a urinary blockage, and performed procedures without consent. The vet also refused to provide a tally of charges when requested multiple times. We took our cat to a vet in Winnipeg and they found stones in his bladder - something this vet should have caught on the 4 or 5 X-rays that were taken. Avoid this vet like the plague if you love your pet!!
