Love this place. Not only is the location great but the rooms and service was spot on. Great food with beer available. Only down side is if you get the Jacuzzi suite there isn't a shower... But the tub is big enough for two ;) very cozy and quiet rooms. Gift shop is large with something for everyone. I would tell anyone to travel a bit further just to stop here and talk with the owners about their story.

Very informative on gold mining in the area and allows trying panning yourself

Broke down at the American border, towed us within three hours of us calling him, fixed the problem, and fixed other problems caused by previous mechanics and sent us on our way. Explained every step of the process so we knew what he was doing. Very reasonable price and very good service
