Been taking George, our Bichon Poodle, here for long time. Friendly, attentive, not too busy. Too bad George is always sick. He has very bad allergies, they do their best but he likely won't get better. He's 13 years old.

Incredible facility all around. My dog needed surgery for a torn CCL and from the moment we arrived for the consult, I knew we were in good hands with Dr. Hewitt. I wouldn't hesitate to return here (although I hope we don't need to!)
Animal Eye Clinic
150 Norseman St, Toronto, Ontario, M8Z 2R4, Canada
Their first concern is squeezing from you as much money as possible. $310 for a 10 minute consult.... come on man....
You're better off going to the OVC Health Sciences Center instead which is farther. But their consultation fee is $175 and $50 for an eye examination. They also actually CARE for your pet. Genuinely.
The clinicians at AEC on the other hand are just cold, soulless and phukin money hungry.
Veterinary Emergency Hospital of West Toronto

I was very sceptical to go to this clinic after reading reviews, but really the prices will surprise you, it is NOT more expensive comparing to other clinics. The only higher price I've seen was an initial assessment. Worth it !!!!
Just came back from the clinic where my little Main Coon cat Max was treated with respect, knowledge, compassion and love. Dr. Kornya is AMAZING!!!!! Prices are not scary, considering the amount of work, skills and technology were used for assessing Max's health status. Just a few days prior I've paid little less than half of that amount for the horrible service and no tests at all in a different "cheap" clinic where Ranitidine injection cost me $ 99.00, and where my roaring cat was perceives as a tiger, misdiagnosed just because he is male and neutered ( means kidneys issues right away, isn't it?), where the doctor was afraid to touch him, was completely not listening to his history, every time being surprised with information that was provided few minutes ago. If it would not be me holding Max, even injections wouldn't be done.
What's the difference with Maxes care in Etobicoke Emergency Hospital!!!!
Dr. Kornya was so polite and knowledgeable. He was informing us about every single step that he was taking with diagnostic, was interpreting the results with visuals and explanations, offering more tests not because he was trying to charge us, but because they were needed ( I work in human medicine myself, so I see a professional when I see him/her).
Now we are waiting for pathology results, hopefully it's not a cancer or something else horrible!
Thank you to all team and especially Dr. Kornya.

Since 2011 I have always had a very iffy feeling about this clinic, I have brought many of my pets here and have always had a hard time.n There is no compassion . Please, take a moment to read this - the Vet, Mr. Singh looks at your pet like a dollar sign. Lets be honest, can you trust someone who CANNOT MAKE EYE CONTACT WITH YOU? Seriously, he talks to you with his eyes closed. I had one of the worst experiences there yesterday. My dog was bit by another dog and required some stitches under her mouth. Mr. Singh comes into the room, takes a look at her - but because she is small and fidgety, she wouldn't let him take a look at the wound. He then said he would need to sedate her to take a look, likely needs to be 'closed up'. He then proceeded to bring me the bill which was just over $900. I immediately giggled and said what on earth are you charging me for? He responds 'well this is your dog, its up to you, what were you expecting to pay?!' I said well tell me what this is for but around five hundred bucks :/.. He walks out of the room, comes back in a moment later and has $550 written with a pen on the same paper. I ask - so can you explain what you're charging me for and how can you now come back with an amount $350 lower. He started to give me attitude and continued to say 'LADY I'M trying to help you'. I said no - this is not help, I come into this clinic expecting honesty, you have my dog, my daughter, in your care and all you're worried about is making some money. Help is when you have the wellness of my dog on your mind. Keep in mind he had already taken my dog to the back without me having signed consent - he DID NOT sedate her as he tried to take a better look and I heard her crying in the back. He proceeded to say then just take your dog somewhere else. Which is exactly what I did. Inhumane. Hes a coward and his attitude is disgusting.

Saved my dogs life after a near drowning. Open on holidays. Dr. Hung is amazing, very up front about treatments and costs, comforting but realistic. Tech Rebecca made my usually nervous around strangers dog comfortable during treatment. Dr. Hung followed up via phone and helped us get Roxy home asap after hospitilzation. Very happy with this hospital and staff! !

Took our newly rescued dog (Hope) in here for a checkup and also for a further visit when she scratched herself jumping in to some bushes. Everyone was very nice and wanted to come and say hello to Hope, they even came outside as we we're leaving to make sure that everyone got introduced to her properly. They are knowledgeable and I would trust them with any pet that I had!
