Veterinarian

It has taken me four months to finally write this review. The support staff is friendly and that's the best thing I can say about that place. I was oversold unnecessary testing, medications and even expired dog food for eight month until a simple $120 blood test to check for heart disease was finally ordered(by request of my aunt, a retired vet). I was then sold more expensive heart medication and my dog died five days after the diagnosis. Should have never left Ambassador Bridge.

Great service and prices, this vet is definitely not in it for the money he genuinely loves animals and it shows. I have not had a bad experience so far and have 2 happy healthy dogs!

This place is amazing! I cannot say enough good things about it. Very recently my dog had a bit of an emergency and had to go for surgery to have two teeth removed and I was amazed at the level of care she received while she was there. We went for the consultation and I had called ahead because my dog really isn't good with other animals and they were very reassuring and accommodating to me and said they would make sure the coast was clear for us to come into the waiting room and trust me it made the visit far less stressful for my dog. The vet that came to see us in the room was so kind to my pup and made sure that my dog was completely comfortable with her before she started the examination. Not only that but she made sure to be very descriptive during the examination and made sure we understood everything she was saying. On the day of the surgery I had received several updated on how my dog was doing, how the procedure went, how her recovery was going, when I could pick her up etc.. it really calmed my nerves to know how she was doing the whole day and not have to wait till pick up time to know. Even when I went to pick my dog up they made sure they took me through step by step exactly what they did so I understood it completely and they gave me a full personalized package for our instructions and to once again describe exactly what was completed in the surgery with images and everything!! Even while my dog was under they gave her a really good teeth cleaning and they cut her nails and everything! it was truly incredible the level of care they provided for my pup and how above and beyond they went for her. I am so so grateful and can't imagine taking my pup anywhere else for her care from here on out. thank you so much Walden Animal Hospital! You guys are a truly amazing healthcare team for furry family members :)

Scammers This place is a scam. I had one of my cats spayed there and they told me that she was pregnant when she could not have been because she was and still is an inside cat with no access to male cats. Today, I took my cat in due to breathing issues. They wanted to do an xray, provided me an estimate before proceeding, and I approved. Based on the xray, thet wanted to run an EKG and send the resultsto a cardiologist. The doctor said she would have a nurse provide me an estimate. No estimate was provided. They ran the EKG anyway without me approving or knowing the price for the EKG, and then only deducted $125 for their error. I was still charged $160 for the EKG. Additionally, the nurses' attitudes changed when I told them about their error and they became quite snarky regarding how much money I had and was willing to pay. I will never use their services again. They will do anything to take your money.

My cat had a near-death experience cuz he had an asthma attack thanks to this doctor he saved my cat's life and is saving my puppy's life with a tumor on his neck

Dr. McCorquodale has been my vet for 17 years and I cannot say enough good things about him and his staff! We have a 12 year old diabetic cat who goes in at least once a month (sometimes 2 or 3 times) and they always take excellent care of him. It is obvious that they all love animals and I am happy to have them take care of our pets. Dr. McCorquodale even ended the suffering of our little hamster who was having trouble breathing at no cost. They are all very caring and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a caring team for their pets. :)

I have been very pleased with New Sudbury Auto, and have taken my car there twice for minor repairs. The owner is very friendly and takes the time to explain what needs to be done. The work has been completed quickly and thoroughly. Price seems fair.

I have always had a great experience bringing my car here. The owner is always wuick to get my vehicle fixed and does not overcharge like so many other shops. Its nice having an owner actually care about its customers. I highly recommend New Sudbury Auto!

I had to take a very sick kitty to them in the middle of the night. She had to be put down and it seems like it took them forever to do it. Other than that it was pretty good. The Prices were reasonable.

We came in this past weekend to have our puppy checked out while we were visiting from out of town. Dr. Holzman and Jaimie were great with our puppy and thoroughly examined him. We got the right meds to correct the problem and they are already working. Would definitely recommend this clinic based on our experience!

Great place to bring your fur baby!! We brought our 4 lb tea cup Yorky there for emergency care on a weekend... they took care of us quickly and dr took the time to answer all our questions and concerns... very down to earth. Receptionist was very nice and empathized with us. Overall a great place!

They are amazing. Knowledgable and sirens the time required. Brought in an abandoned bunny (that we ended up speed) and they were so helpful.
